The tram staff is extremely bad, not enthusiastic at all, always afraid that customers will not tip, losing sympathy. The hotel is ok, many check-in points, the restaurant is too nice.

The receptionist and the luggage support staff were terrible. There were 10 elderly people (65-75 years old) and they were not enthusiastic. They had to wait until the group said that they would take the suitcase and ask the lady to deposit money before assisting the guests. It was terrible even though the hotel was beautiful and had many check-in points. The customer service was very poor.

Second time experience, everything is fine

The resort has full facilities for living and entertainment, clean and convenient. Service is great with friendly staff. The large restaurant with delicious food and drinks. You can experience many delicious specialties at affordable prices

The room is clean, super pretty, I have 4 people but I live in a 6-bed room so I feel comfortable, many utilities, wherever I go, just call a tram to take Kaka and look forward to coming back one day.

The service is sketchy and expensive, the hotel is located deep in the canyon, and it is inconvenient to move. I rent a room with 6 beds, quite small and only for sleeping, if I wake up, I have to go out because the space in the room is quite narrow. The service here is not perfect but super expensive. Tickets to glass bridge 650k, zipline 180k, tram 300k/10p. If you play any game, you must sign a disclaimer if something happens, if the zipline slips, if the cable breaks or if there is a technical problem, the operator will not be responsible.

MC island is quite far from the center, eating and drinking does not have many choices. At first, I thought it was quite chill in the tent, but when I got there, I was very disappointed. Loud music all day late into the night. The tents are quite close to each other so there is no privacy, even when sleeping, you can hear the snoring of the neighboring tent. No drinking water, towels, toothbrushes. Want to borrow a hair dryer, but asked from the reception to the operator, they did not have it. Even if you bring a hair dryer, there is no electrical outlet to use. There is no electricity, so having to find a place to charge thanks to the phone is very inconvenient. On the second day of going out, I found the tent with someone else's name on it and the chair was removed. wifi like no... T. T
