The receptionist wasn't on standby at the desk, so you had to find one. The room phone was dead, the hot water was off, and amenities were minimal. The pillows were only a few, not very comfortable for the price. The room had no windows at all.

Great interior concept but the carpet was dusty and unclean. Toiletries and ammenities could have been better because with range prices like that, I expected more from the hotel. There is no AC in the hotel's lobby and the TV is useless. No signal to every channels and again, with that expensive price, I expected more channels and it could have been a smart TV instead of an old one. Wifi access was bad too, the signal was on and off. And again, with price like that, why did they still charge me with parking ticket? Overall my experience wasn't too pleasant except I enjoyed the bed and the semi gothic interior theme. I won't recommend this hotel ngl. There are so many better hotel options with better price and services.

2X kicked out of the lobby because: 1. Taking pictures in the lobby. 2. Waiting for Grab pickup in the lobby. If taking pictures/waiting in the lobby is not allowed, why wasn't there a sign/sign? Being kicked out once for something unknown is already unpleasant, let alone twice. The facilities in the room are like a 3-star hotel, no sandals, no hairdryer, only toothbrush + toothpaste, and liquid soap hanging on the wall.

It's quiet, the sheets don't smell good + smell of dust.

The atmosphere is gloomy, the security is not friendly, the towels are dirty black and black, the room telephone doesn't work, the AC can't be set, the only toiletries are soap, towels and drinking water, if you don't ask for it, you don't give it. With a rate of 500 thousand, it's not worth it.

Sanitary is not available in the room and must be requested first, from the beginning the service was not good, the TV initially did not work but then a technician came and it worked, the hot water was not on and was not informed at check-in, the service was slow, asked for a trolley at check-out and waited for more than 30 minutes but it still did not come and in the end I brought my own stuff downstairs without any maid to help.

Bad smell in the corridor due to poor AC, dusty everywhere, found old towels, soap bottles I can't use, TV not having channels showing error and feel uncomfortable. Price is too expensive.

The building is old, lots of sofas are torn, the AC is not cold at all, no drinking water is provided. It seems like it was only developed for wedding ballroom rentals.

The room I ordered was a suite and I got room 879, not what I imagined. The room was dirty and there were even cockroaches, the refrigerator couldn't cool, the lock on the bathroom door was broken, there were small guest tables and chairs and the room space was cramped, unlike the one my brother got in room 853. When I checked out and asked the cashier, how much was room 853 ? The answer is the same, then why are the rooms and facilities different, yes, because room 853 is for weddings. So if you are getting married, just stay at this hotel. There are also no sports facilities such as fitness or swimming pools that are usually available for this amount of money.

No front office ready on the desk in the morning, the staff inf front off the main door obey when guest arrived and only continue smoking, no window at the room, smell bed at the corridor, no hot water.

Basically nice room. Lack of warm water, just not complete cold. Location perfekt, rooms sitze ideal, great view, lovely interior especially in the Lobby.

The room is okay, the facilities are okay, only the AC is a bit not cold.

Dirty room, dirty bedding, mosquitoes in the room, cockroaches in the bathroom, hot water in the toilet doesn't work, horror place. Maybe the focus is only on ballroom rentals. For hotels that are not maintained. But, the rooms are spacious and room prices are not expensive. Maybe the management and owner need to pay more attention to their hotel. No picture. But writing can already describe the situation. Thank You.

The rooms are spacious, affordable prices and the surrounding environment is very busy and easy to shop.
