friendly staff, complete facilities and strategic location

(+) The check-in process is very easy & fast, the location is in a strategic place and not far from the highway (enter the alley). The parking lot is quite spacious, can accommodate several cars & motorbikes, the water heater works. (-) The room smells of cigarette smoke, the pillows & sheets smell musty / musty so I had to buy air freshener, the wifi signal is not strong. Thank you.

Lokasi OK, ruangan nggak, nginep 4hr tp ga di bersihin paling ga 2hr sekali, seprei nya apek maaf, kmr mandi bocor, pas duduk di toilet bowl kena tetesan air. Udah segitu aja.

Saat masuk pertama kali, aroma kamar tidak fresh, kurang bersih & lembab. Staff receptionist tidak formal, tidak ada perlengkapan mandi, hanya handuk, tp karena check in sudah malam sekitar jam 22, oke aj lahh, cuma untuk tidur aj, terbantu AC dingin, bath shower hot water ok & dekat dengan keramaian di legian juga dekat dengan penyewaan motor.

Hotelnya sangat strategis, hanya saran saja setiap lantai di sediakan dispenser.

Kamarnya kotor banyak jamur lembab, kamar mandi kotor, bantalnya bau kayak ga dicuci, kasurnya bikin gatal.

Beda banget banget banget dari review-review yang ada. Dari parkiran udah sebeda itu. Pas masuk kamar lebih parah, lantai kamar mandinya jamuran kerak hitam. Terus receptionist nya juga ditanya kayak ga paham. Kamarnya bau pesing gitu, pengap, terus gelap. Kalau mau stay di sini mikir-mikir dulu ya.
