Clean, walking distance. Staffs are friendly and efficient.

I was put in a room where you can hear the club music every night until 3am every night, flies in the bathroom and main bedroom. Ceiling particles falling on my belongings. Reception staff not the friendliest.

Very friendly staff. Nice America sport bar with excellent food and fair price. Walking distances to Emirates Mall. Lots off professional message spa near hotel.

It is foraway from airport almost 1 hour .

My check-in time was 3PM, still 5PM room was not ready. For the room service. I requested the water bottle at 9AM to take my medication, got that by 10:30AM after lot of calls.

Property has nice rooms and great staff, but pool and amenities are not so good.

Stayed for business. Good and convenient location.

Room was clean with all the supply’s and it was send to us when required in very timely manner

Emirates mall was very close

We were charged extra for a third bed even though the original booking was for three people. We had to call housekeeping when we returned to the room the first night to have them bring in the third bed because they were confused and didn’t do it while we were out of the room. The daily cleaning of the room during our stay seemed insufficient.

Good property with ample amenities around the hotel and within. However, nightclub bass goes on until 3am every night. Not good if you are a light sleeper

Comfortable room, but street noise makes it difficult to sleep. Close to mall walking distance. Bathroom needs renovation

Friendly helpful staff. Great pool area and gym amenities. Close to the Mall.

The stay was ok. Trouble was that there is a building site right opposite to the hotel and was very noisy from 7.00am every morning.

Going to the restaurant on the day I arrived after a 14 hour flight I ordered a coffee as I couldn't check-in, the rude lady brought me a coffee half full so I said can I av a full one she brought me the same one back half full. An it was about 6 pound. Also I was put on the 13 floor an the roof top bar is so noisy at night, jus a few floors up . would not stay here again. I also rang down an and asked for more milk for the room ,they only provide creamer!! Who has creamer with tea. !! I was told there is a billable charge for milk..The customer service is zero an needs looking into. Defo will not be back.
