All the facilities here are nice, I stayed 2 days 1 night here with a connecting room. Wifi is good. I wanted to add a day but got the date wrong 😂 praise God from the hotel, especially the receptionist, helped with the refund process.

sorry in advance. last night when I opened the door I was immediately greeted by the smell of the toilet drain and I was not comfortable sleeping with the smell. hopefully the room can be followed up by giving it a fragrance, thank you

The location is quite strategic, the food is quite good, there is also Google Nest in the room. But it happened to be a room that was not soundproof, so the sound from the next room was clearly audible which disturbed privacy, and please maintain the cleanliness standards for bathroom equipment, especially towels. Thank you.

First hotel I had stayed at, in my 50 years of travelling, that uses a useless app VIDIO to watch local TV channels which need to pay for subscription. Cleanliness in the room needs to improve.

Very pleasant friendly service

When we first arrived, we were greeted less than friendly by the security even though we were confused about where to park. The check-in process was fast. We got a room on the 5th floor. The room was okay but the floor was a bit sticky. The sheets had yellow spots. The bathroom shower area had stagnant water so it was muddy everywhere because it was flooded. It seems like the slope of the floor is not towards the water hole. The bathroom floor is also a bit slippery and has a lot of crust. There is a smell near the hole under the shower. The hot water and hairdryer work well. If I compare it with Neo in Bandung, it is better in Bandung ☺️

First time staying at Neo Gading and the experience was very pleasant. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and very okay for a few days stay. Very comfortable too.

order at 6 pm, but arrived at 2 am, there were still officers on standby, easy to contact and always replied to chats. the price is very cheap, only 296 thousand. the location is quite strategic, near soto gading 1. intentionally did not order breakfast because I wanted to go to gading 1. had trouble with the toilet and sink being clogged, the toilet could not flush. but the officer came and immediately repaired it quickly. thank you

Parking a car is a bit difficult, because the parking area is limited, but the security is ready to help park the car. Otherwise everything is good.

The staff are friendly and very helpful in providing information about the hotel and about the location around the hotel.

Location and price are OK, maybe the cleanliness of the room can be improved because the sofa in the suite room needs to be cleaned because when used it makes the body itchy.

Check in and check out are very fast and easy, the staff is friendly, you get a cheap price, check in room has a hairdryer, the room is clean and tidy, just a bit cramped, otherwise it's okay..

Always happy every time I go to Solo Neo Gading is always my choice to stay. Maintain the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. Very recommended.

i understand for the limited parking area. i know that security have to give well services. but in a way some issues found here. room was fine as standard archipalego ***. restaurant and fo give best services. despite of we found the chicken wasn't defrost perfect. recommended
