The facilities are great, the views are stunning, and there's a swimming pool. I have no regrets staying here; if I go to Puncak, I'll definitely stay at Villa Aufia again. I'd recommend adding free coffee if possible.

The water ran out, so I complained, but the handling process took a long time, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., so I had to check out. I ended up taking a shower using gallon water.

the location is strategic, close to the tea plantation around the villa and mount mas, the path is a bit rocky. the cleanliness could be improved especially for the kitchen area especially the kitchen set. the service is fast. thank you

Untuk villa dan suasana nya bagus. Cuma sayang banget datang lebih cepat 1 jam disuruh bayar 200rb lagi padahal sudah jam 11 siang. Air Aqua habis disuruh beli padahal itu seharusnya disediakan oleh pihak villa. Malam hari ada warga sekitar yang datang untuk minta uang keamanan atau apalah itu. Untuk perabotan makan dari gelas dan piring itu masih lengket dan kotor. Menurut kami untuk harga sewa yang semahal itu pelayanan dan fasilitas kurang worth it sih. Apalagi dikit-dikit’ masih dimintai biaya tambahan.

Ga nyesel sih pokoknya nginep di villa ini. The best! Dipertahankan ya tetap seperti ini.

Villa sih bagus ya, udaranya enak masih dingin, tapi maaf banyak yang di luar harga kayak gas habis beli lagi, trus arang kirain udah include sama fasilitas, belom lagi ada pungli dari warga setempat yang katanya "keamanan" atau apalah. Selebihnya bagus-bagus aja sih.

The location is a steep incline, not worth it at a fairly expensive price, the villa is not clean enough, I happen to get a type 3 room, going up and down the stairs to the villa is quite tired. When I arrived the floor was sticky, the cleanliness of the villa was lacking. There are 2 rooms in the description, apparently not rooms. Only the bed has no partition.
