At that price, it's better to choose a guesthouse, as the service is the same as a hotel. The only plus is that the TV works.

The hotel staff is very friendly... The rooms are clean and comfortable... Strategic location in the city center... However, the parking lot is not spacious enough.

It was already 4:00 PM in the afternoon, but when I wanted to check in I was told to wait until 5:00 PM, the hotel was not ready.

The room was comfortable, but it wasn't very clean because there were lots of tiny baby cockroaches crawling out from under the bed. Some even climbed onto the bed. The sheets were also less than clean. There were also several baby cockroaches in the bathroom.

This is not my first or second time to be at this hotel, but the female FO was not seems to be nice at all when entertaining their guest.

Everything was good: the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. It's worth a try.

The deluxe room bed is smaller and there is no kettle/water heater, so it is only enough for 1 night even though it is needed for 3 nights.

The hotel's comfort wasn't what it had been in years past. While this wasn't my first time staying at the Nivia Hotel, this time it was definitely less than comfortable. The receptionist wasn't very friendly this morning, unlike previous times. They should improve their performance; if you're tired, rest instead of making a face.

The staff is ok.. friendly, the room is very small, it's hard to breathe, the sheets are dirty, full of spots.. used pillows smell, the food is not very varied...

My experience staying at this hotel was very good, and it was worth the price. However, there were two things that I only gave it a 70. - The breakfast was all carbs, with no other variations, and the porridge also lacked salt. - The toilet smelled and the soap dispenser was hard to press.

The hotel is nice, even though the room is a bit small, but it's okay.

For the price offered, it is worth ordering.
