Overall, it was an average stay. The hotel seems to rely heavily on being the only option in the city, which shows in the value and amenities. Checkout is fixed at 11 a.m., and unfortunately the ice machine wasn’t working during my visit.

Power was out during my stay but staff were very accommodating and kept the place running.

My stay at Hôtel de la Rive was generally pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for a short visit. However, the ice machine was out of order, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, a decent experience with room for small improvements.

Nice hotel, noce staff, nice restaurant, comfortable and clean. Will book again. A little off the beten track but nice location.

Was a lot of noise from the roof and the sheets were dirty

Nice quite area with a small marina out front and a SPA. We stayed twice on the way to PEI and back. Would stay again.

Staff is friendly but rooms not clean. Rooms are not done on a daily basis but every 3 days. A pair of dirty socks were left on the floor in between a chair and the desk. Bathroom garbage can was full.

There 6 nights didn't get room cleaned once. After 4 days inquired and was not following procedures I didn't know of. Them filled procedures and still room was not clean.
