We enjoyed being right in the middle of downtown tulum. Staff was very nice. Roon was plain but clean. In walking distance to all restaurants short 29 min ride to beaches

Avoid this place!

Great location for exploring Tulum. Easy access to the ruins, food, access to Cultivo for local commute. A little far from the beach but if you are up for 1 hr walk its not bad.

Convenient and affordable

My 3rd time staying at the Jade always my first choice

We stayed in a room with two king beds and a street view - the room was huge. The only problem was the bathroom was a little run down. The sink was damaged and the shower didn’t work very well - with about 70% of the water hitting the wall and spraying all over the bathroom and not falling from the shower head on to you.

Room looks very nice and clean.

Perfect spot in the middle of the town, less than a block from the bus station. The room was super comfy, the staff very helpful and chill.

I had a very nice stay. Close to almost everything

Pros: Staff was very friendly and accommodating (we were able to leave our bags there as we arrived very early and our room was ready a few hours later). Location was convenient (near shopping, transportation, restaurants etc). Rooms are spacious. Cons: The hotel is under construction. Our room was spacious but looked unfinished. The shower was not working properly (water was splashing everywhere and couldn’t get hot water) and they also only had 10 hair dryers in total and none was available for us. This hotel will be very nice once finished.

They have the parking on the property, which is great. The shower was weird. The water was coming down from the ceiling, so we couldn’t get our “normal” shower. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean. Staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful.

This property is wonderful! Great location, wonderful owners, and walkable to everything. Scooter rentals right across the street was so convenient! The rooms are spacious and air conditioned. If you really want to experience the city of Tulum, this is a perfect place to start.

This property is a gem! The owners are delightful, rooms were immaculately clean, and the location is as good as it gets.

Everything is very good

Great place with the best staff. Everyone was wonderful, friendly, and courteous. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting tulum who wants to stay in the downtown area. Great evening walk down the main drag. The hammock was a bonus to wind down after the day. A little far from the beach, but all affordable hotels are, so this is the one you should pick. Bike rentals on site for the beach journey.

The staff were responsive, friendly, and helpful. Dining recommendations were fantastic!
