Service was great, kitchen 10/10 in hospitality,aswell as reception. They didn't have the option in the old tvs to log in on any streaming service and when we asked for a chromecast or firestick it took 2 days until it was installed in our room. The chromecast should have been there from day1.

Three stars by global standards and four by bogota levels. Staff is very nice and helpful. Area is safe. Breakfast is decent. Place smells a little damp and sheets are not as clean as we like but it’s way better than most places around. I won’t mind staying again. Just not USA or Europe 4 star level

Jon, Gray and Gregory always have superb services. All out smile when they saw you and brings great hospitality. Can’t wait to be back next year.

This was our first time visiting Colombia from the US. Our family of four had a 9 night stay and it was great. Very cozy and clean hotel with a personal touch, the staff made us feel welcome everyday. They offer transportation from the airport to the hotel at a very reasonable rate. Raul, the driver, was extremely professional and communicated with us weeks before we arrived and ended up driving us thru our stay to all of the points of interest we wanted to visit. Breakfast was abundant and excellent and the crew was always attentive to our needs, thumbs up to them. The hotel its tucked in a small street but only a few blocks from the main streets that have everything (all types of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, bank ATM, Coffe, Mall) all at a walking distance or take one of thousand yellow taxies that are very affordable. Highly recommend Suites/Hotel Vilar for an easy, excellent stay in Bogota.

What an amazing hotel. Super clean, very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast crew was also extremely polite and easy going, no bad complaints here other than high recommendations. Nos encantó nuestra estancia. Estuvo todo muy limpio y todos muy hospitables. Los del desayuno también muy educados y amables. No tengo nada malo que decir de este lugar, muy recomendado.

Excellent service and good service

Very nice hotel. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. No counter space in the bathroom to place toiletries. Nice breakfast. The breakfast attendants are super friendly. Bed is REALLY FIRM. It's a little tricky to get the water temperature just right in the shower. The front desk staff could be a little nicer to people who are having guests or friends visit them at the hotel.

The stay in general was not that bad, my only issue was the attitude by the front stuff. I really think they could be a lot more friendly.

Nice hotel, I’ll stay here again. Room was a little musty, but an open window took care of that. Close to the Bogota Chamber of Commerce.

There were no rooms available so ended up staying at another hotel! Front desk took ages to tell us there was nothing she could do. Wasted our time

My favorite place to stay in Bogota. The staff are really friendly (and speak English). The lobby is huge and so are the rooms. Location is excellent in a nice part of the city. Very walkable. Breakfast is decent. The only negatives are the WiFi is unreliable (sometimes it’s fine, other times it keeps disconnecting), and the hot water is incredibly weak. It’s lukewarm and barely hot enough to shower. All in all it’s a great place, but if these two issues could be resolved it would be amazing!

I had a good stay with them. Excellent service. A few mishaps but nothing to blame hotel. Manager very professional and staff. A+

Very nice staff. Good airport service. I had expected kitchen to be better set up to use. But overall - I can recommend this apart-hotel.

En la aplicación decía que incluía el traslado del/al aeropuerto y en realidad me la cobraron aparte sugiero que revisen bien si no que no diga que lo incluye

Me hubiese encantado que las suites tuvieran espejos grandes y comodos para poder vestirse bien, es un poco ruidoso perp aparte de eso disfrute mucho la estadia

Excelente servicio e instalaciones acorde al precio, el unico detalle es que no cuenta con aire acondicionado.
