The room was dirty insect cockroaches I tried to open the main door it was locked the card failed. This happened once

Rooms are clean and nice. Air conditioners worked great. It is on a very loud noisy street. There are always loud guests walking around or playing loud music. The receptionist was terrible. I tried to check in after driving for 17+ hours and was told to wait a few minutes because she was counting money. It had been 15 minutes of sitting in the lobby when we finally asked again if we could get our room. She had an attitude about and told us to wait again. We told her we had an online reservation and she immediately blamed us and said well why didn’t you say that in the first place? She never asked us. I’ve stayed here twice but this last time will definitely be the last.

The staff older matue lady did not know how to charged my credit card. I provided to national banks credit cards and she still claimed it wasnt going through. She then suggested some sort of transfering the funds which would have been expensive and nit safe. i went back to the app and pay for the reservation with the same card she claimed was not working. I strogly believe she needs more training in regards to the card. She also stated that i will have to cancel my other reservation. I told her i dont needto do anything especially if I didnt pay for it. She still call her manager and ask if she was going to get in trouble if I didnt cancel my original reservation. I do want to thank her for upgrading from 2 beds to king size bed. The restaurant breakfast was excellent.

The staff were exceptional. It was loud, with several groups talking in the parking lot until well past midnight.

Everyone was courteous except the front desk lady. She was rude and had attitude. She only charged my card for one room instead of both rooms. She lied about my card declining the 2nd time and was set on charging cash and would not try to run my card again she said cash or she would cancel one of my room bookings. I have no idea why she couldn't charge both rooms on one transaction. Not once did i get a notification from my card that they declined the transaction. Both rooms were clean, one room had a weird smell to it. The restaurant had amazing food and friendly staff.

If you can afford it, stay elsewhere. This hotel is terrible. Beds are hard as a rock, no blankets just a nasty bed spread. Towels feel like they were bought 20 years ago and rough as sandpaper. Soap and shampoo felt like someone’s uncle made them in a basement somewhere. Hairdryer and TV didn’t work. Barely any outlets to charge electronics. Staff was talking very loud early in the morning right outside our room. Locks on front door are absolute trash. The only thing that worked well was the air conditioner. Just an awful hotel.

Great spot convenient to food etc

Habia un pelo en la sabana de la cama y también el staff nos despertó a las 5 de la mañana sin haberlo solicitado y eso esta muy mal por parte de ellos Tienen que trabajar en eso para dar mejpr servicio al cliente. Gracias.

Just a great place to stay in general

Personnel was great !, room was clean, but a bit old. The coffee maker did not work . Very private room, quite atmosphere. A good experience over all

Good place to stay for a night. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Hotel staff were friendly. Nice steak house at the hotel.

Clean, spacious room. Noise is a little high at night but you are literally walking distance from restaurants and bars. Great hotel. Will stay again.
