Staff was very polite and pleasant and courteous and helpful.

Great service

The hotel had all the amenities, and the check in and room were good…however, carpet and couch in the room were stained!

Check-in was easy and pleasant. When we walked into our room it was stifling hot and I was immediately sweating. Come to find out the thermostat was turned off and it was 84°. I prefer 68-70° so I didn't even set all my things down before I called the front desk and asked to switch rooms . Staff was very pleasant, brought a key up and moved us one door down. The room looked clean, I didn't inspect it. After a while though, I noticed a dirty pair of socks on the floor by one of the beds- that was so gross and made me feel like housekeeping did the bare minimum. I have no idea how they didn't notice that. I did give the socks to the front desk clerk at checkout so they were notified. The beds were too firm for me, but not the worst I've slept on. The breakfast was great, lots of fresh and tasty food with lots of options. Overall, it's a nice hotel and very clean. We were already talking about planning another trip and using this hotel in a couple months but after the socks, I admit I'm wary. (I know it's just socks, but they were dirty and if housekeeping didn't see them, I'm assuming the floor wasn't cleaned/vacuumed and that makes me wonder what else wasn't cleaned)

This was a terrific value. The included breakfast was amazing in quality and in the variety of food options. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and only a couple minutes from downtown Freeportand L.L. Bean.

Staff was very helpful since I arrived late with a child.

Beds were not very comfortable

Everything was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful, the breakfast was delicious. We would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel stay was very good, friendly staff. The biggest problem was or is the traffic noise from the expressway in all the rooms.

Room was not cleaned. Per in toilet wit seat up. Bed was used, floor not vacuumed and food crumbs on couch. Did not stay and demanded refund. Asked for a call from management, but they never did. Will never stay there again.

Very helpful, very professional

We stayed due to our house flooding not for vacation. We were grateful for close accommodations to our home. The staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is great. The room is amply sized and the bed comfortable. On site laundry facilities are a little pricey ( 5.00 for washer; 4.00 for 30 minutes drying, 4.00 for laundry soap and drier sheet.) but we are grateful to have them. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment. Nice oversized shower. All in all a great stay. Good price too!

Great service!

Room was updated, pleasantly decorated, and clean. Shower products were of good quality and bedding was cozy, though the pillows were really hard and too thick. A variety of pillows with varying softness would have been appreciated. There was lots of road noise from the highway but the fan in the heater drowned it out pretty well. The breakfast was fine; eggs and sausage were dry but oatmeal and toppings were the best I’ve had in a hotel breakfast spread. Pool looked nice though we forgot our suits.

The lighting in the room was very dim. There was a lovely sofa in the room but there was no lighting near it. We couldn't utilize the sofa and read or do handwork. There was also a slight odor in the room that seemed that a previous guest had ignored the NO SMOKING rule. Other than these, the hotel was very comfortable with nice staff and the convenience of a hot breakfast and coffee in the morning. I would stay at this property again.

Clean and comfortable.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter enjoyed the heated pool. Continental breakfast was typical but free, so it met expectations. The location is super convenient to the highway and downtown Freeport. I have stayed at a few other hotels in the Freeport/Brunswick area and this is the overall best one by far.
