I loved the apartment to the point that I want to buy it. It’s new, clean, managed well and it has great amenities. Parking was great, easy to park, covered and spacious. The communication was great. Easy to check in&out. Only thing I wished better was the noise situation. The building is located on a busy block and there is nonstop vehicle noise. The noise isolation is done really poor in the suite to the point that I keep thinking the windows were open. I wish they used more sound proof windows. Still recommend the place strongly. However, if you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs

Very comfortable and clean apartment in a convenient location. The apartment itself was well taken care of and clean. The rooftop pool was immaculate and such a great space to relax and enjoy the views of the entire city! Definitely recommend!

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unit was amazing! Great property choice. Close to the central part of the city for food and entertainment.

15 min walk to the marina, along the walk you’ll find local restaurants. Rooftop pool and hot tub were nice. Fitness gym was okay as it is outdoors. Good security as after 6:00 entry doors are locked with a code.

My friends and I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely safe and comfortable. The neighborhood was great for walking around, and we never had any concerns. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and communication with the staff was clear and efficient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-maintained stay. Without a doubt, I would stay here again!

The room was great. The amenities were good, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. It is about a 20 minute walk to downtown Cabo. The location is good but not great and it is a bit noisy. The pool is cold but refreshing and clean. Overall it is a decent place to stay.

Very nice big apartment. Not close to water but has a limited water view. Excellen well furnished modern 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit. 3 smart tv's and washer & dryer. Roof top pool. Safe underground parking. Long walk to marina. I felt safe in this area. excellent value.

Our stay at Lumina was great. The location was convenient & the property was well maintained & safe. Our room was a perfect size for our group. Shark Ink, next door, is not to be missed. Amazing food! We will be back!! Thank you!!

The apartment was very comfortable. The view was incredible and the beds were comfortable. The ac did not work in one bedroom but there was a fan. Also the tvs in the bedrooms kept changing channels and turned off frequently when we weren’t even touching the controls.

I will definitely definitely go again. The people and security Fabian and Indonesia are awesome people help me through everything recommended good places to eat like I said, we will definitely will be going again

The place was really amazing and the rooftop pool area is a perfect place to have a little get together or to just hang out and relax. The staff insecurity, we're very welcoming and anything that I needed, they were ready to help.

Was very nice & clean

Dishes in dishwasher were not cleaned and I did not have a proper pan to cook eggs n etc in and I had to purchase a pan to cook in and two of the gas stove knobs were broken, so I could only use two burners. Some sweeteners for coffee would have been nice. We Needed more paper towels and toilet paper for 6 days than what was provided. It was a really nice clean facility.

No food options nearby but other than that everything is phenomenal ❤️

Best spot

The property is beyond nice and a prime location, near the Marina in Cabo San Lucas. The property has a beautiful view in the top floor and amazing pool too. The parking area provides a safe place for your vehicle. The front desk personnel are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooftop pool was great! Really friendly reception staff.
