Excellent breakfast choice with superb quality of ingredients. All the staff were friendly, helpful and super efficient. Room extremely comfortable with plenty of storage and the views were stunning. Parking easy and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Nice location for both business events and of a weekend it was nice and quiet too. Did find it strange though that a hotel aimed at business events and conferences there was no USB points in either the social areas or the bedrooms.

When we first arrived, the desk receptionist was not very Ord to say the least and we were off to a rough start when the room key would not work several times and we had to hike up the stairs because the elevator was out of order. There was some confusion about the dinner menu so we skipped dinner in the restaurant but in the morning we had an amazing breakfast buffet laid out which was one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen. After reading the reports of the restaurant I had my doubts but we were totally shocked at the ample and delicious breakfast buffet. We reported our concerns to the manager who was very responsive and helped us sort out the problems. It’s a lovely setting the room was great. We had a comfortable stay. It was not too hot. It was just perfect and most ways. A good value and especially that breakfast I can’t say enough.

I have stayed a few times over the last few years, and I find the staff friendly, the rooms clean, an excellent breakfast with local produce and a great bar.

The room was not what we expected it did look like picture, but sink was cracked heating went off at night and towel rail didn’t work.restaurant menu was limited. On the plus breakfast was excellent staff were really nice.

The staff were so friendly!! From arriving and check in to the lovely lady that served me dinner in the bar. The food was also exceptional (dinner was a recommendation from the waitress in the bar) and it was genuinely some of the best food I’ve had from a hotel. I couldn’t fault it any interaction I had with the staff or the food. The room was also really spacious and clean.

Very nice hotel

The hotel is obviously first and foremost a conference facility so was quite empty when we stayed at the weekend. This was actually quite good as the games room was empty so had a few games of pool. The restaurant was also not crowded for the breakfast buffet.

Room was really clean, it looked like it had been recently refurbished One small moan, there should be a mirror above the sink so you can shave with out making a mess Staff were very friendly especially the girl on the reception on Sunday morning , super friendly super helpful Breakfast really good too , nice to see the cooked products had colour as a lot of hotels under cook it

Bread was starting to go hard as left uncovered. Couldn't tell who was staff or guest. No name badges. Fire drill was a farce. The only thing i liked about staying there was the room. Plenty of storage nice shower and comfortable bed.

All staff were polite and helpful and the restaurant was good. The room was extremely noisy when the window was open (trying to cool it) with an A road about 50 metres away, so had to settle for a warm room with no fresh air :( Maintenance is sorely lacking - the blinds don't open and parts of the blinds lying on the floor, some bathroom finishings missing. Not the standard one expects of a 4 star hotel. Worst of all I came really close to breaking my ankle walking to the car park in the pitch dark, getting around a group unloading their vehicle on the path and stepped on the edge of a very large pothole that was impossible to see in the dark, management need to be more attentive to health and safety issues like this.

Always good. Friendly, welcoming and comfortable. Clean with daily room servicing. Very good parking. Have stayed regularly and will continue to do so.
