Great breakfast. Friendly staff

The staff were not helpful. The room looked like a cheap motel. The breakfast was disgusting - boiled peameal bacon, scrambled eggs covered in pepper and well browned home fries. Don't stay here. Find someplace else!

Had a washer/dryer unit, which would have been helpful but the dryer only operated on high heat. Staff was unable to fix it. Also came up with a code that filter needed cleaning.

Room was clean, staff was exceptional and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was that the outside could use a little upgrading.

Hot tub and Pool area was very nice. Great breakfast. We stayed in the motel portion of the hotel. Rooms could use new flooring, but overall nice and clean. No complaints. A nice clean place to stay that doesn’t break the bank. Only unusual thing was the $250 deposit that was required, and was only returned with a room inspection after checkout. This was not automatically refunded when checking out, only refunded after inspection, so checkout took a little longer than usual.

It was okay. Was caught off guard that we were in a motel room. The pool/hot tub seemed dirty but useable. The $250 deposit was not automatically refunded. You have to return the keys at checkout, then have someone from their staff inspect the room before the refund is issued (5-15 mins). If you forget to come get the refund, you will lose it.

well decorated rooms. Good breakfast. We had a kitchenette which we didn't need or use. The room was crowded to the point there was no place to put our open suitcases.

Hébergement situé derrière l’hôtel Best Western, loin de la rue principale, donc plutôt calme. Bons déjeuners. La vue de notre unité donnait toutefois sur un container dans la cour. Bon rapport qualité - prix. Hébergement à proximité du centre-ville de Truro. Personnel sympathique.

Check in person was not friendly. Some rooms required $250 refundable deposit, some not. Deposit to only be refunded manually at Check in desk when checking out. Had to wait for refund until room was inspected. This 15 minute process has never happened on any hotel I've stayed at. There are better choices in Truro.

Room was large and clean, breakfast was very nice as the dining room was recently renovated. Great spot for the price

It wasn't the most amazing stay ever, and there was something in the room that made both me and my colleague sneeze, but it was central enough that everything we needed was within walking distance of the hotel. Would stay there again, but maybe not in the same room.
