Had a great time

Had a great stay. The beds were very comfortable and the service was great. Also loved the Continental Breakfast. And they accommodate us when we asked for a first floor room.

the room was very clean, staff were attentive and friendly.This is a good choice for travelers ona budget. While the rooms were very clean they were a little out dated (need paint in some areas) but the beds and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. The best part was the full breakfast (included in the room rate) with a nice attendant. Great location on Route 28. We did use the pools of sports courts but they looked really nice.

Excellent and responsive professional staff:) Delicious free continental freshly cooked breakfast! Comfortable and very clean:) cozy interiors and top notch fridge with microwave! I had a terrific business trip stay!

Checking in was quick. The room i got was good up until we saw mold on ceiling and some of the outlets didnt work. We were able to switch rooms with very little issue. Great staff clean indoor pool outdoor pool wasnt ready to be used.

Breakfast was not as good as advertised, no bacon. They also had the audacity to close it early. Also the outside pool was closed during the hot summer weather, very disappointing. And when asked about said pool they gave a weird nondiscript answer. In our room there were hardly any outlets and the floors were always dirty. The bathroom shower had good water pressure but was small.

It was dirty and they didn't clean the room during our stay, the alarm went off at 3am and woke us up while we were sleeping, you can't even put your clothes on the hangers because of the rust, it's a very old hotel that needs renovation.

Everybody who worked there was very kind they always said hello and had a nice smile. The place look great as it looked repainted , new black top, fresh mulch with mini american flags stuck in it . The room looked clean, clean sheets... but there was a stale smell of mold every time i entered the room I occasional gag a little. The cable tv was out dated and Wifi was poor . I always bring my ROKU adapter because most places only have cable- no youtube ! However staying there a week the singal got weaker and lastbtwo days I could not get a signal. Same with my lap top. i was not happy with wat the ice machine was not functioning for the last few days. When finally going to the indoor pool during my last day I fould the pool and area was clean, repainted and heated.

The “resort” was rundown and the description on Hotels.com wasn’t truthful. The outdoor pool wasn’t open and was half full when we arrived on May 29th a full two weeks after it was said to be open in the description. We arrived and our room had a cracked tub with no hot water to the room. We were moved twice with still no improvement in water temperature. Finally another room was opened and we were told just to shower in there. The next morning we were told our original room was fixed and we had to move back because that was the room we paid for. There was no compensation for all the trouble we went through the previous day and they were being rude about us not wanting to move again. When we went and checked the room the water was still Luke warm and was told that was hot enough and it’s unreasonable to want piping hot water. We finally were able to get a refund and had to go through a cancellation process with Hotel.com. We then had to call back the next morning to get the hold reversed on the debit card we gave them for incidentals and magically it has reappeared on Tuesday morning without an email or a message explaining why and I had to email them to request it’s removal again.

Room was very drafty due to there being a huge gap under the door. Debris and leaves were covering the floor the next morning due to high winds blowing them under the door.

Enjoyed our stay and also the complimentary breakfast. staff was very nice and helpful. Only downside was it was very windy and a lot of outside dirt blew into our room from the crack at the bottom of the door. Other than that everything was excellent and very clean.

Clean and convenient to all areas on the cape. Near excellent restaurants…need to bring your own soap and shampoo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The indoor pool was clean and fun, great for both kids and adults. We also liked the tennis courts—a nice way to stay active. The breakfast was good with plenty of options for everyone. Our kids loved the playground. It was safe and gave them a great place to run around and have fun. Overall, it’s a great place for families with everything you need for a fun and easy trip to Cape Cod.

they gave me keys to a room which had someone in it- i unlocked the door and just walked right in on them. can you imagine the embarrassment?! then when i got to my room finally, my room didn’t have the additiinal locking bar on it to prevent someone from opening the door and just walking right in- so now my whole visit is 4 days of working someone will get keys to my room and walk in.

Les gens sont gentils, aimables et attentionnés. La dame responsable du déjeuner est professionnelle, attentive aux détails. Le déjeuner du week-end est plus invitant, crêpes, yogourt, fruits. Piscine intérieure très propre, il y’a une piscine extérieure (en saison)… beau parc pour les jeunes, terrain de tennis, basketball. Endroit très bien situé à mi-chemin de tous les emplacements à visiter à Cape Cod.

Property was comfortable and staff was amazing.

Well 3 yr here and thought it would be better this time. Hill to the rooms makes the floors dirty when entering. Extremely disappointed the rooms still have a heavy smell of mold and mildew in the air. Could only take a luke warm shower. Water would not get hot at all. Showering was quick. The Fire alarm went off at 240am and staff didn’t know what to do. Guest were in a panic. No apologies. Electricity went out for a short time. Pool was dirty. I spent a lot to come down and stay here and I will never stay again!

i liked the price, but then the amenities fell short with a broken keurig so no coffee until 7am.
