The only reason why we rated this hotel a one is because there is no zero option. It is rundown, feels like a horror film movie and had no air conditioning, the one window in our bedroom opened to an enclosed foyer with no possibility for fresh air. It was sweltering in our bedroom all night, although they did have a little fan for us to use, and we couldn't sleep.
The bathroom is straight out of 1970. Shower was the most strange thing I've ever bathed in. We were only supplied shampoo.
There was no mini fridge or freshwater. The TV didn't get any channels and it definitely wasn't smart.
The young girl at the front desk was very nice.
Maybe skip Trevi all together and stay in Spello instead.
