Clean, friendly and modern. Good value for money

The facility run out of water on the 22nd of September, and I was not informed. In the morning of the 23rd of September I found out that the hotel is empty and the majority of the clients relocated at other hotels. I was offered to move to a hotel in Dortmund, about 65 km away from Munster. Despite insisting that I am on a business trip and I can not go to Dortmund I was told that no other hotel in the city has free rooms. That was not entirely true, as I booked myself (using Expedia) a room at Ibis hotel for the remaining 2 night. I was told that I will be reimbursed for 3 nights, but so far I did not receive any compensation. This was a very bad experience and I will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The people at desk were friendly I had room cleaning 1 time in 9 days

It's next to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and there are shady characters loitering around at all times. I checked out around 9 30 in the morning and there was already a heavy police presence between the hotel and train station entrance because two young women got into a physical altercation.

This hotel is ok for single traveler that want to stay for a limited number of days. Access to the train station is very good.

This new hotel is in excellent condition. Clean and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good. The flooring patterns are dizzying.

Exactly as described. Easy to find and very convenient. Very friendly staff. Couldn't fault anything about the hotel for the price. Only downfall about the location would be the park over the road, but that's not the hotel's fault.

The hotel is awesome and the staff really nice. The breakfast amazing but the property is located in front of a place in which are always people with drug problems. I sow personally someone playing with a knife in the middle of the day. This is bad and unfortunately the hotel can‘t do anything to change the situation. If you have small kids better choose another location.

The best front desk staff! I saw about five different employees and they were all so friendly and helpful. Perfect welcome. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I loved the welcome drinks! The room was amazing especially for the price. Very unique design and high ceilings. Clean. The bed was big (no split mattress) and comfortable. There was no closet or nightstand but I didn't need it (there were hangers and a rod for hanging some clothes). Breakfast was delicious: a pretty diverse and tasty buffet and lots of seating. The hotel is very conveniently located at the end of the train station and a five minute walk from all the bus stops. All in all, I had an excellent stay here for four nights. Don't go near the park across the road.

This is a fun hotel and very conveniently located. We enjoyed the design and the facilities were clean and modern. Only issues were the elevators (which often took you in the wrong direction) and an odd sewage smell in the bathroom. Overall though a good experience.

direkt ans Bahnhofsgebäude angeschlossen, zentral gelegen, optisch leider erst auf den zweiten Blick erkennbar, netted Personal, guteds Frühstück, unkomplizierter Check-Out.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage und funktionellen Zimmern. Alles sauber, nur das Farbkonzept und der Fußboden des Zimmers gefiel uns nicht,

Zentral, durch Bahnhof sehr laut, Mitarbeiter wirkten gestresst und wenig kundenorientiert

Leider war das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar und roch unangenehm, auch Zähneputzen war nur mit Wasser aus der Flasche möglich. Zimmer werden erst nach 3 Tagen gereinigt und Neue Handtücher muss man selber holen. insgesamt hat hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gestimmt.
