ไม่มีความพร้อมในการบริการ ห้องพักไม่สะอาด แอร์ไม่เย็น อาหารน้อย ลิฟต์ใช้ไม่ได้ทุกตัว

ได้ที่พักไม่ตรงตามที่จองให้ลูกค้าไปพักอีกตึก ตึกที่พักดูไม่ปลอดภัย ทั้งลานจอดไม่มีความปลอดภัย และลิฟท์ที่สามารถใช้ได้สภาพใกล้พังมีสองตัว ที่เหลือลิฟท์พังหมดเปิดประตูค้าง สระน้ำไม่สะอาด โดยรวมเป็นตึกที่ยังก่อสร้าง ,รีโนเวทยังปรับปรุงอยู่ ไม่เหมาะให้ลูกค้ามาพักเพราะดูไม่ปลอดภัย ไม่อนามัย สามารถเกิดเหตุเสี่ยงได้ทุกเมื่อ อาหารเช้าโอเค แต่ยังมีแมลงตอมและโต๊ะยังเช็คทำความสะอาดไม่เรียบร้อย หวังอย่างยิ่งให้ปรับปรุงและเตรียมที่พักให้พร้อมเหมาะสมในการใช้งานได้จริงก่อนให้ลูกค้ามาพัก (ห้องพักระบุเป็นคิงไซส์แต่กลับได้เตียงคู่)

The room is smelly, the service staff is not good at all. It was raining from the car. If it was anywhere else, I would bring an umbrella to pick it up. I just let it walk and I don't care.

The room is good, but the management system is very bad, there are a lot of people staying, the room can't be prepared in time for us to stay in the old building, even though it's not finished yet It's considered okay, but it's been a long time since I've entered this room. School since 2 pm, actually entered the room at 5 pm, still not enough, the room was not cleaned again, we had already prepared ourselves that during the festive season, there were definitely many people, but did not expect to encounter anything like this.

โรงแรมไม่พร้อมกับการให้บริการ มีงานพลุ พนักงานไม่พร้อม ไปเช็คอินทุ่ม ทางโรงแรมยังทำห้องพักไม่เรียบร้อย อาหารตอนเช้าควรปรับ 7-11.00น เพราะถ้าเวลาน้อยทำให้คนอัดกัน ไม่เพียงพอกับการนั่ง อาหารไม่ค่อยเติม
