Was not a place to stay if your on vacation

Not what I expected

Today I checked in the hotel the pictures are nothing like what is there. There were cops present upon arrival, there were other people talking about no contact orders. I put my bags in the room, turn on the AC unit and left went to Summer Fest. Upon my return there were more cops present. I felt very unsafe, went to my room the AC unit was not working the room was hot. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund that i was leaving. They told me that they do not do refunds but yet the did not offer me another room with AC. I drove home in the middle of the night

I didn’t like the key card wouldn’t work after I literally checked in, I also requested new towels when I checked in, but I was told everything was new but it had major stains on it.

Bed and room dirty, tv screen broken and shattered, hotel room door didn’t lock no shower curtain, no housekeeping, vending machine broken also a $100 deposit was required

No real breakfast to speak of, dirty and sticky floors, ice machine broken.

Beds were comfortable. Shower water pressure was super low, curtain had soap scum and mildew, possible black mold in the corner. Breakfast was almost nonexistent - and if we took any breakfast to our room, we were threatened with a "deduction from our deposit ($100)." Crumbs on the carpet. Desk clerk was either not a people person or having two bad days in a row. No "Do not disturb" sign for the door. Won't stay here again.

Poorly maintained property there were no towels in the room. The room was dirty, and the management was not receptive or trying to help customers.

It was supposed to be non smoking but the smell of marijuana was so strong that we could not stay another night because it was making my 83 yr old mother ill. No hot water toilet would not flush coffee pot but no coffee no hair dryer. I found little plastic pieces under my bed sheets. Not a pleasant stay. But your staff was very polite and tried to help. I do have photos but they will not upload.

Pictures never show the reality of the place when we pulled up there was a police car looking at things. Then they went into the hotel. There was no washcloths in the room. There is no coffee maker in the room basic necessities. The continental breakfast was toast, cereal, coffee juice, the least amount I’ve ever seen. also looked like people might live there from the area too.

Everything was wrong with this Hotel! No Hot Water, Nasty , Prostitutes was in and out, One of the employees was doing something with checks during check in! It was just a whole lot going on! Worse experience I’ve had

The hotel has roaches ! We had to switch rooms twice during our stay ! Building was filthy ! No compensation! No one cleaned our room during our stay ! We left!

I’ve never in my life had such a horrible experience I checked in on 5/222/25 and left the next day the shower curtain was so disgusting I was scared to shower I only had 2 towels and I heard noise all night long right at my door I was scared to go yo sleep with the lights off this was Judy horrible also there was a lot of drug addicts outside when I arrived I will never ever go back to Norwood

NOrwood requires a $100 deposit upon registering. They will return it in 5 days if there are no problems, but by that time I am far away. I don't think it is right that they require the use $100 of each guest's money for five days when this is not specified during their online reservation process. I'll never stay there again.
