Every poor breakfast. Too many vegetables for breakfast. Evening buffet was superb. Staff were friendly.

It was probably a very good hotel 10 years ago. This hotel needs a lot of renovations. It is clean, but everything is very old. The breakfast wasn't very good. The spa facilities are awful. The only good thing was the massage.

Good price

Terrible property. Horrible conditions nothing like the pictures. Very run down and old worn out furnishings that are outdated. Would not recommend at all to anyone.

Poor maintenance, needs updating

The hotel was run down. Upon arrival the lights were off in the lobby, no AC, and the guest in front of us was complaining about something as did the one after us. I expected to see antiquities in Greece but I did not expect the hotel to be one of them. The Casino was boarded up ( false advertising). The hallways were dirty and dimly lit. The room was dirty and falling apart, The AC was not working properly in the middle of a historic heat wave, and only one AC unit even though it was a two room “suite”. I was ready to leave immediately but after a 16 hour trip decided to stay the night and make other arrangements in the morning… big mistake. At 5:30am the AC decided to fully give up on this hotel as well, with a violent clatter that probably woke up the whole floor. I honestly felt so uneasy and distraught. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Pleasant staff and nice hotel. Enjoyed my stay. Will return.

Beach had rocks. Limited fast food for dinner.casino closed. Lots of kids. Old hotel redone. Patra more than 10 km away. Isolated area with no outside restaurants nearby. View of Rio bridge was great.

The customer service at this property was completely rude and disrespectful. We were originally given the wrong room and then bugs were found in our new room

Great view from the room, nice size room, had everything I needed. Breakfast had many options and was fresh and tasty. Beach and pool were amazing.

Definitely not a 4 star. Location is good bed comfortable and the beach infront was nice and that’s about it. Service was bad some even rude. One night there was no running water all over the property. Since there is a Casino in the premises there is still a smell of cigarette all over the place and rooms. Breakfast was very basic and COVID rules very relaxed. Wouldn’t go back

The hotel was clean and the rooms were large, we had a lovely view over the pool,sea and the bridge. A great place to stay and explore the area. Food was really good with great choices for breakfast and lots of restaurants within walking distance, we spent 10 days here and explored the area we were pleased we had hired a car, it we drove over the bridge and took the car over on the ferry. The staff were very friendly and helpful our 10 day holiday was great and I would stay again at the hotel
