Great hostess / owner

Easy walk to the historic district. I can see a potential for parking to be tight (depending on vehicle size) but had read other reviews so we got there early and was able to park with ease

It was amazing and we enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have wished for more. It was a perfect vacation!

Property is very close to everything. We did not have to drive around because we were able to walk to main attractions. The property was cleaning and quiet, our bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and service too. I recommend this property !!!

This property has the absolute best location! Close to everything without being on top of it all. The greeting was kind and welcoming. The little touches made you feel welcome and at home. Breakfast was delicious along with the live music to add ambiance. The only knock was that our bed could have used a memory foam topper due to it being somewhat hard.

Decent place. We stayed upstairs do hauling luggage up the small stairwell waxx as a challenge. Breakfast was ok.

My wife and I loved this property and the staff. Very friendly atmosphere. Romantic setting. Very close but not too close to the action. We will be coming back!

Loved relaxing on the multiple porches with a complimentary glass of wine. Breakfast was delicious! Location couldn’t be better. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I will definitely be back here. This place was classy, quaint and comfortable all rolled in one. Perfect for the area everything to seeis within walking distance.

This is our third time staying and we love it! The breakfast is amazing and the location is very convenient to walk to and from downtown Saint Augustine.

Very nice stay. Beautiful balcony with comfortable seating overlooking the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not have a chance to try the included breakfast as we had to leave before it started. Would definitely stay here again.
