Room Cleaning never showed up, no refills on coffee. Offered free breakfast then charged for it … no valet and no staff after 11 pm with screaming children running through the hallways. Not at mandarin level. Bummer as we were really looking forward to this stay.

This is a remarkable property. Beautiful interiors. Wonderful staff. The location is perfect. The food in the cafe restaurant was fantastic. I’d love to visit again.

This is a class act property! We stayed two nights here and it was a great experience. The staff handled everything professionally. Our room was beautiful, had a beautiful view of the lake. Can’t say enough great things. Also shout out to the concierge service! Michael and Uros did a great job organizing our sightseeing trips.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had. The staff was impeccable.

The Mandarin Oriental-Lucerne was paradise. It is centrally located, the room was very large and spacious. The view was spectacular! I have nothing bad to say about my experience.

Everything about Mandarin Oriental Luzern was perfect , they upgraded my room to a beautiful suite and we spent a couple of days ,had a great new years dinner and party , will for sure stay here if i come back to Luzern

The staff are very professional, friendly and welcoming. The food is very good and the location hard to beat. A special thank you to Alexander, the concierge and Gabriele and Francesco and all the staff in the dining room. We felt very well taken care of.

Lived up to every aspect of my expectation of this highly reputed 5-star luxury hotel. In addition to its usual amazing services, they also provided the water sports for us to enjoy in the beautiful Lake Lucerne. We already miss the time there and will definitely come back!

The service deserves a 10 star rating! Every single one of them went out of their way for anything we asked about! We were traveling with small children and the attention to them was extraordinary. They even had special sheets with dogs on them for the little ones and little stuffies for them as well. Unbelievable attention to detail and to its clients.

Love the hotel&staff! Everyone was very kind and want to specially thank to Stephanie & Hassan for their warm welcoming and hospitality. Definitely want to repeat again for next visit to Luzern.

Excellent location, service and staff hospitality

Our stay was awesome! This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel, very convent location (train & boat station, along with shopping and many restaurants are all walkable - within a mile) the staff was incredible and it exceeded all the little details. Rooms are top notch and they spared no expense on amenities.
