Great location and it was a friendly clean place. Loved the decor

The staff was super helpful and kind! Sheets and room were also very clean, hotel was overall a really cool space. And quiet. It was a little weird because Hyatt Caption has now merged with Hyatt Centric, so you essentially have to check in at Centric and walk to the Caption side. There was a really great sitting space and a bar on the Caption side but it (bar) was not in operation. You have to go to the Centric side. The hotels are adjoining, so not a huge deal. But there were specific reasons why I chose to stay at Caption and not Centric. That said, it’s within a short walking distance from Beale Street, a handful of restaurants, and a coffee/bagel/pastry shop (Hive) nearby.

I didn’t like the parking garage but luckily my car was safe and secured only cost a few bucks loved the location I had the corner room on the 9th floor quiet and soothing we had to extend our stay because of how nice and convenient this hotel was

Great location everything is pretty much walking distance you will have to park across the street which unfortunately cost a couple dollars per day this hotel also provides valet for about 35 Bucks per day overall staff is nice rooms clean I got the corner room for my husband and I it was a very nice stay we actually ended up extended our stay and oh don’t forget to check out the roof top bar it’s amazing as well especially at night

The stay was great was really close to where we wanted to be and were able to walk to get dinner

This property is awesome it’s very clean I’ll rate it a 9/10 and the view is amazing in the morning and night I love the balcony setup it’s amazing.

Nice property - close to Beale st. In fortunately we didn’t arrive til late and left at check out next day so we were not able to enjoy amenities. But think we would have enjoyed the amenities by looks of them/ pool, dining etc.

Wife had to have emergency surgery so i had to stay at hotel near hospital. I know there is no refund policy but come on.

The hotel was a block from Beal Street. Nice pool and lounge. I would definitely stay again.

Strangely off putting hotel. Newer hotel where some things did not work. It is downtown. Not worth it unless you have to be downtown.

Our room had a perfect view of the Arkansas Bridge and the Mississippi River. The bridge had a lovely light display each night and fireworks two of the three days we stayed there.
