Great access to Bryant Park and Times Square area but without being in the thick of it. Really enjoyed the room design and very fast elevators!

The room was big city small but big city cool - it was nicely appointed and the staff was great. Bed was firm and comfortable. Nicely decorated. There were a couple of service glitches when we had a late lunch at the hotel restaurant but Christopher made it right and then took great care of us with a comp and wonderful attentive advice for our next two days. Nice that the room window was open-able for us to get a little springtime fresh air. Our room was on 16th floor and it was very quiet, no traffic noise.

Rooms are small but clean and modern. The bed was nice.

Staff is very helpful and nice. Did not like that the roof top was closed for the season. It’s the end of April! And other rooftops are open

A wonderful stay! So convenient to Grand Central and Radio City Music Hall among many other attractions, shopping, and restaurants. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great location and modern decor! Rooftop bar wasn’t super impressive and bathroom design was a bit odd but overall would stay again for a quick trip

It was alright . Bathroom small, beds comfortable. Elevators always full.

The hotel was very nice & the rooms were gorgeous. The raw cielings were odd against the sophisticated esthetic which made it look more incomplete than raw or industrial... but overall it was very ccomfortable. Robes and slippers were a nice touch. Id stay here again for sure.

Great stay overall. The location and the staff were very nice. Bathroom set up is a bit strange with a glass window with a blind separating it from the room. The hotel bar had good drinks and views
