I like the staff people

Beautiful views easy access to everything and over all excellent staff

The room was nice, the view was great, the assistance was ver good, overall we didn't have any bad issues. Food was very good!

The room had an amazing ocean view and the property is in good shape. The all inclusive package was not worth the additional cost. The pool snacks and drinks were hard to come by due to long lines and strict monitoring by management. The staff was nice and the area had lots of shops you could walk to as well as cabs out front to take you around.

The rooms don't have qla refrigerator, also the beers and water were not cold at the bars. Definitely a refrigerator in the rooms would make a big difference to keep drinks cold during this time of year. 90 degree temperature and 70%+ humidity

I flew from the US into Mazatlan. I had booked a 6 night stay here. Before arriving I confirmed with the hotel that they did not have any complimentary shuttle service, but they did recommend booking with Pronatours for transporting from/to the airport. Checking in was pretty seamless as they had staff that can speak english. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean inside and out. The swimming pool was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is also literally on the beach so we would walk right down to the beach with ease. A bonus is that every night there are live performances that you can enjoy while eating dinner. The rooms were well furnished. The views from the balcony was just amazingly beautiful! The walls were kind of thin I guess since I could hear our neighbors watching TV on occasion. The dining hall was very clean and food for me was very good. Good variety of fresh fruits, salsas, hot foods, and desserts. Mornings would have an egg station where you can request freshly made egg dishes. As well as a taco station where they had freshly made tacos on request. Most of all I was very pleased with the waiters and waitresses. All super friendly and accommodating. They were all very quick and attentive - I can tell they worked very hard. An experience that exceeds what I see here in the US. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back again. I recommend you come and give this hotel a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Stay was great room was clean and with a beautiful view

Our family of three (my husband, our 3-year-old, and I) stayed at Hotel Viaggio Mazatlán for 5 days and had such a great experience! The location is perfect. close to all the main attractions and nightlife, but still quiet enough at night to relax. Having the beach just steps away was amazing! We loved watching the bandas and vendors from the comfort of the hotel. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Our room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. We also went with the all-inclusive option and it was totally worth it! The food was good, and the morning restaurant staff were so friendly and attentive! we made sure to tip good every time because they truly deserved it. The only downside was the night staff at the restaurant. they weren’t very welcoming or attentive, which made it hard to even leave a tip. But overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Viaggio to other families visiting Mazatlán!

This was our second stay at this hotel and we love it. Just a few steps from the beach and the pool area is so much fun. Staff and the pool waiters are great they treat us, the national tourist with respect and kindness. Good vibes, clean hotel, lots of security around the property, everything is great in beautiful Mazatlán.

When i booked the room it was a double room and it turn out to be 1 room with two beds. They didnt care and i asked if it was possible to change rooms since i neede a double room.

The view to the beach is great, nice balcony. The furnitures need some improvement, they need an interior design. The restaurant is small. No chairs in the pool, one person of the family come down at 6am and reserve all the chairs, they cannot allow to do that and then the rest of the family come down at 10am

La entrada es alas 3 pm. Y nos entregaron el cuarto hasta las 3:45. No habia jabon para lavarnos las manos ( estaba vacio el bote del jabon) y el dispensador del shampoo no funcionaba... el servicio en la alberca con la comida muy bueno. Nos atendió Sergio y José Luis, muy atentos y amables.

Rooms are fine and clean. Food is marginal. Pools are small. Adult pool has limited seating that is taken by 7:30 AM. There are NO quiet areas in the entire hotel. Expect loud music from multiple sources and announcements throughout the day. The beach is about 5 meters so walking or lounging is difficult if not impossible. Dinner was so loud from my sic at the patio door that talking was nearly impossible. There was no seating arrangement in my room to relax and read. All in all, not what I expected from what was advertised.
