The Staff was very friendly, the building and grounds were dated but in good condition. On papaer it looked the docks were on or near the main buildings but they were 1.5 miles away. the smoking area was between our room and the parking lot. So it seemed there was always someone sitting or standing there smoking when we walked back and forth from the car, which was uncomfortable

Very outdated furniture and furnishings.Needs significant makeover. Photos on website don’t resemble reality. No place in bathroom to put toiletries.

Great place! We stay every year when dropping my daughter off to camp!! Very friendly and helpful staff!!

We had a great stay at this hotel! Perfect little place with everything you need. Coffee was available in the room and downstairs by the desk and the room we stayed in had a fridge, microwave, stovetop, and all the cookware and glassware you need. It's definitely an older property but that is what gives it it's charm. Our TV did not work in our room but was not a huge deal. Front desk staff were kind and flexible. Would absolutely stay again and use the pool next time, it closes at 9p.

It was a peaceful setting.

We crashed there one night. Very dated, old beds, generally a bit skeevy.

Dirty, musty, dark, walls, doors filthy. Bed had 4 long black hairs. I don’t know what they use for cleaning solutions but I would say maybe they just used water. So tired of these dirty hotels. All done with vrbo, Expedia and all these other sites that promote how wonderful and clean these hotels & houses are. So tired of traveling with my own cleaning products.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice clean and larger than expected. Will definitely consider going there again.

We teavel a ton and stay in lots of places, this spot was was a hidden gem and such a pleasant suprise. I will stay here whenever we return to this area.

Beautiful resort with a lot to offer

While the property had a nice heated pool, saunas for men and women, and was tucked in a nice area, the property is older. As a lite sleeper, I heard everything. The beds are a bit worn too. Staff was friendly and great with suggestions of where to eat and shop.

Great and friendly place to stay!! Very quiet and relaxing.

We go there 2-3 times a year. Same people. Always friendly. There is a golf course behind the hotel that allows outsiders to dine there too.

A lovely old inn w/ real New Hampshire charm, with more modern motel-like additions in back. My room was spacious and well-appointed. No problem recommending.

Cool older resort with good views, indoor pool, pool table & table tennis in an old barn, tennis court, playground for the kiddos, lots of open space & convenient to downtown restaurants, lake.. Great place, great people! Thank you!😀

Great comfortable stay. The bed mattress was very comfortable and my daughter enjoyed the pool. The front desk was also welcoming, helpful and kind!

Views, terrace, proximity to walks and historic Wolfeboro Downside, tv remote was very difficult to operate
