The bustling was very old and run down. Breakfast was cold the coffee was cold. We had to ask for towels every day as they only gave us 1 and we were 5. The light wouldn’t turn off completely so we had to sleep with the light on. My room had no window. It was very noisy. Sounds on the street and inside the building all night.

Bien pour rester une courte nuit près de la station de bus. Nous avons été assigné à une minuscule chambre pour 6 personnes, avec seulement 3 serviettes et 3 oreillers.

Very disappointed with this place. In the pictures looks so nice. But when we got there, it wasn’t nice at all. It was a nightmare. We ended up going to a different hotel. Please, take it out from your Expedia list.

The place was nice and the staff was really helpful and sweet. They arranged a taxi for us and even pushed breakfast earlier so we can eat before starting our day.

Had a lovely stay - the hotel is just outside of the old city about a 20 minute walk to the main square / cathedral but with plenty of places to eat locally too. Staff were always friendly and helpful and we felt very safe there.
