Clean room

Good nice staff.

The hotel is modern and meant for a short 1-2 night stay . Don’t expect to much but the rooms are pretty comfortable and well maintained. Only breakfast is served. No other food/dinning options. I could recommend it for a short stay.

The lady on reception was very welcoming with a lovely smile from the moment i arrived at the door. Quick and efficient check in.

Nice to have a place convenient to Venice, but far enough to be out of traffic. Large grocery store nearby!

The hotel is exactly for the target audience they need since most people only stay here because they are shopping at a local outlet. The hotel is very average in general with zero amenities. The staff on the other hand are excellent, both during our very late check in and during breakfast time. The breakfast options are good. Once again, the bed and pillows are horrible and its hard to rest after a 10 hour drive. Again, I understand that because most people only spend one night here. Hope this helps!

Great staff

Checked in all ok, was given a room with a double bed, asked for 2 single beds as travelling with 19 year old son. No tea making facilities, plastic glasses on the bathroom. Had to ask for the air con to switched on

Very friendly, service oriented hotel! They let us check in early and we're very helpful getting dinner reservations. Not the newest facilities, but clean!. We would stay there again 😁 PS and it's close to the outlet!

Air conditioning did not work was too hot in the room they said they were fixing it, they should have offered a discount or a free breakfast as an apology but they didn’t

We stayed at the hotel for two days, service and staff are perfect. Breakfast is pretty simple but the worst thing is the beds. I felt like sleeping on a concrete floor. All in all.. great staff, nice hotel, all would be really good if they just do something with the beds.

Eher mittelmäßiges Hotel, wenig zufrieden. Ich kenne es noch aus der Zeit als Base to Stay und da war die Qualität deutlich besser. Personal nicht besonders höflich, speziell das Frühstückspersonal war genervt. Die Auswahl war dem Standard entsprechend am am unteren Niveau. Die Butterpäckchen war kurz vor dem Ablaufdatum und die Butter war bereits ein bisschen verdorben. Dafür leider Punkteabzug. Dringender Verbesserungsbedarf
