The pool was amazing. The room was clean and the staff members were friendly and helpful.

I came to tour University of Florida with my daughter. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. There is parking on the street so you don't need to pay for resort parking. Our room was facing the pool and also the bar right across the street. The music was loud but they do provide ear plugs. Overall, it was very enjoyable and I will definitely book it again

Nowhere to unload your car near the hotel

Very clean, friendly staff, great pool area, great breakfast. Disappointments were lack of free parking and/or valet parking due to its downtown location.

Amazing staff and clean.

Hotel no longer offers valet parking and requires customers to find parking on the street. Toilet in my room was leaky, we were able to change rooms but could not recover full size shampoo we had forgotten in the room we switched. Only one elevator working. Unfortunately, will not stay there again

A very nice new hotel right in the middle of a walkable area full of great dining options.

Close to University of Florida and close to some good places to eat dinner. There is also an old theater nearby. Parking is a bit of a challenge during the week unless you pay for their valet.

this is not the Hyatt problem, but we needed handicapped parking close to the hotel and the handicapped spaces were blocked off by the city of Gainesville. your staff had no idea and didn't know how to help us. I managed. Also, the Google cast did not work in the room. I have a Mac and I tried a phone, a tablet and a laptop and nothing worked. So overall, since it was a cool place, it was nice but you know the two things we really would've liked to have had we're not available.

New property in heart of downtown, plenty of things to do within walking distance

It was amazing .The staff was super helpful and the facilities were top notch.

The room does not have enough closet and drawer space. Parking is tough. There are only a few street parking spaces, first come first serve, and to move after 8 hours. The only alternative is go to a covered parking two blocks away. Not good for older people especially when it rains.

The room was never cool it was hit and they control the ac we changed rooms and it was the same . The staff was nice and it was a nice area

Good over all 1 night stay. Nothing special though
