Very well located.

Hotel Ho is a very pretty hotel. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The pool was a super addition to my 3 night stay. Also, being able to have breakfast there at the hotel in the courtyard especially if you are headed out on an early excursion. Armando really stood out to me as a very pleasant, dedicated employee. Thanks for the great stay!

The girl that checked us in English speaking was wonderful on the Friday afternoon , the girl on desk Saturday morning was very rude and lacking people skills, I would never stay there again , the bed was extremely hard like sleeping on a bed of cement, was not a pleasant experience at all, as far as I’m concerned there was just the one girl that was great the rest need to go to classes on how to treat people

Very quaint boutique hotel. Very inexpensive breakfast. Great parking. Lovely courtyard and small pool area with lounge chairs. Rooms on smallish side but had everything you needed. No glasses, faceclothes or hair dryer. Had a musty odour. But really enjoyed our stay. So close to grand plaza and san Bernito market.

Room was clean and quiet. We were located in the back near the pool, a perfect location. Nice off street parking.

The room was very dark. They need another light in there. The bathroom didn't have much hot water, which in all fairness isn't that uncommon for Mexico. And there was no shower curtain so water got on the floor. Also, found a few hairs in the bed. The courtyard was pretty and the front desk girl was very nice. We stayed one night and I think it's fine for a one night stay.

Really helpful staff

Very nice staff. Room was clean, but could use some TLC - bathroom fixtures in rusted, busted condition. Main issue was that they not only did not offer a room upgrade (there were plenty available) or the 1 free beverage per stay as an Expedia platinum member at a VIP access hotel, but they didn't even put me in the premium room I paid for.... I tried to inquire at the front desk, and they were very nice, but they didn't understand even though I showed them the pictures and the reservation. Oh well, I paid an extra $50 for a premium room that I didn't get, and I wasn't offered the available perks for a VIP access hotel, but otherwise it was a good stay. I will, however, explore other options on my next visit.

We enjoyed our stay, the Hotel is so close to the Cathedral, the park, food and caffes , and the girl and young man who helped us were so nice and welcoming, I didn’t get their names but was on Sunday 26 when we arrived.

Ok , but the bathroom was leaking since day 1 I reported and never fix it

The room was very simple and everything seemed fragile. The mattress was too firm and there was no hair dryer or iron.

Needs a lot of updates. Beds are hard, no shelves for toiletries in shower. Old furniture.

It was ok.

The new rooms are very comfortable and had a minimalist touch. The bed is high quality and AC works perfectly and it is silent. Staff is very friendly and open to accommodate.
