Great stay for the Camino

We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing visit. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, and we felt taken care of right away. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the little details that make a big difference—comfortable bedding, modern amenities, and a calming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. Whether it was enjoying the pool, grabbing a bite at the on-site restaurant, or simply relaxing in the lounge areas, everything felt well-maintained and inviting. The location was another highlight—convenient to local attractions, dining, and transportation, yet quiet enough to feel like a peaceful getaway. What truly stood out, though, was the level of service. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their warm hospitality really made us feel at home. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable stay.

Great stay, updated room, walkable location ~15mins from downtown

For the price it was good

It was pricey for what one gets. However, in all fairness the stay was during a peak festival time, so the law of "supply and demand" dictates everything!

They not have caffe machine inside the room or lobby.

Stayed at the MET while running with the bulls the walk was about 10 minutes into the old town where the action is. Staff was great. There's just not much around the immediate surrounding area to do.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful but never again as the room lacked air-conditioner! It was a furnace, boiling hot and the ceiling fan did not help. Avoid during summer!

The hotel is great but the only thing during summer they don’t have air conditioning other than that the place is great. 13min on the bus to the bullring and the San Fermin.

Staff muito educado e prestativo, ótima localização do Joel, relativamente fácil achar vagas gratuitas. Apartamento limpo, ótima vista, confortável.

Muy bien solo q el abanico sonaba pero ubicación y todo excelente
