Excellent location and room would happily stay again next time I am in town

We absolutely loved the place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, close to Bank St. and walking distance to many restaurants and museums. We will stay there again. We did have a little trouble with all of the technology, pass codes etc. fortunately the staff was great about helping us.

Nice amenities, grateful for the gym. Easy to check in. Close to the museum of nature.

Comfortable stay. Cute studio apartment. Well equipped and clean. Just a couple hiccups which I will address directly with Sonder. The Sonder app is very convenient. Had to use their Chat a few times and got timely responses. Paid $20 to park for 24 hours with in and out privileges. We walked to Elgin St. for dinner (lots of restaurants, coffee shops and artisan stores). Our room was on the ground floor. Wasn’t crazy about our view; it was below grade and people walking by had full view of the inside of our room so we had to keep the blinds closed the entire time.

Limited dining in the area but close to the Canadian Museum of Nature which is why I chose to stay there.

Amazing. Everything you need for a stay. Well equipped and easy to navigate.

Our stay at Sonder O'Conner was delightful. The room was immaculately clean and had everything we needed, including a white noise machine to drown out the sounds of the city if we wanted. The location is central to Centertown, with multiple things to do and places to eat within easy walking distance. It would have been very easy to make the entire stay contactless if we'd wanted, but it was so lovely to be greeted with a friendly smile and chat by the people at the front desk every time we returned or left the building. We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was what you would want from an accommodation.

Excellent location; walking distance to the Glebe and restaurants on Elgin. Hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. My only concern was that there were a lot of homeless in the area asking for money.

Really nice space with well stocked kitchen, comfortable sitting area and bed. Parking in the building was a big positive. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and nice independent shops on Elgin St.

Fron desk staffs are very nice.

The kettle was leaking. The shower was too low on water pressure. There are no extra coffees on the courtesy desk or cabinate opposite to the elevator. So Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience.
