Charged a no show fee plus an early check out fee because I showed up late. Never even stepped for into the room. Why a no show fee AND an early check out fee.... Doesn't that mean it was checked into and we actually did show??

This Hotel was really clean and made me feel safe enough to get under the covers. I travel a lot and I am severely allergic to bed bugs, but when I first stepped inside of the room, I instinctively knew I did not have to worry about past encounters I’ve had at other Hotels while traveling. It was very peaceful and serene. I had the best sleep ever! Thank you Sleep Inn Dallas Irving!

Whenever I come to Dallas, this is the go to place to stay. Affordable rates but a clean and well-maintained property. If you’re looking for a five star breakfast, then pay a five star hotel rate. The breakfast is suitable and convenient on the way out the door. Another positive feature of the hotel is the well lit and safe parking area.

The customer service was great!

Standard, clean sheets and towels. Near free ways and gas stations. Continental breakfast. Good stop in and out place to stay.

It was very clean and good.

The place was neat and smelled wonderful. The hotel property was clean. The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was missing a lot and it was hard to buy anything from store because no one was present. Also there were two waffle makers but no mix. My tub was clogged and had to wait for someone to answer the phone or call us back and then another wait to fix the tub. We asked and received a noon checkout but woke up by housekeeping at 10 asking were we checking out today or not.

Check in was easy, it smelled good and the rooms were clean. Not too crazy about location, but wouldn’t mind staying again.

As we walked in, the lobby had a spa like feel including a pleasant soothing fragrance. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and continued with that calming feel. We asked for housekeeping on the third day but that didn't happen. The housekeeper in the hall offered additional towels and apologized due to low staffing. Overall, good experience.

The hotel was nice but not located in the best area. They had a security guard on duty. Service was just so so. One elevator wasn't working. Room was comfortable and clean.

Location was great room was very clean, guest above our room were very noisey.

Our room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was a little bit lacking with the waffle batter dispenser getting clogged both days we stayed. Also, one of the elevators wasn't working when we stayed, and the luggage cart kept coming apart. However, the staff were very nice and accommodating. The location is also great if you enjoy Korean food and markets since it's right next to Komart. Worth staying if you dont mind the mild inconveniences.
