Location near the Genesis Baseball Fields

The Hampton Inn Goddard is in its own class based on staff, service, amenities, location and comfort.

Very clean facility. Otherwise, big issue is building is hard to find at night, road access is terrible & confusing. Rooms are a bit below average for the cost and the bed pillows are uncomfortable.

It was a very nice stay my husband and I visited on our honeymoon the room was very nice and clean the staff was very sweet and helpful it was just an overall great stay.

The hotel was everything one could want in a hotel stay: a clean, nice room with a comfortable bed, and personable hZero complaints.

Location is great for trips that require indoor fun. Blast Off Bay was a very convenient walk across the lobby and was fun for the whole family. Breakfast was well stocked and tasty.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and loved staying here! Walkable to ball fields, and not a far drive from a lot of restaurants and shopping! Staff was incredible very helpful and kind!

This property is mediocre at best and for a Hilton that’s a shame. The room was average in relation to the price. The TV although a good size was impossible to watch due to a bad signal causing it to glitch constantly. Breakfast was good but they did run out of items very early and it was not replenished. Most of all I was disappointed and then some, as were my children that unlike the pictures shown online (which was the only reason I booked the room) of this “indoor swimming pool/water activity area with slides and fun for small children” was actually a separate facility and not included in the hotel price. The only pool included for the cost, was an Olympic size pool from a fitness center for adults. Not kid friendly at 4 foot and 6 foot areas and no realistic seating for pleasure. This is false advertising because this Hilton hotel shown online has the excitement of this grand indoor waterpark, which although may be on site it is not accessible without an extra $50 /person charge. For a $250 /night stay this was a waste of my time and money and my children’s hearts are broken. In the future, I will definitely reconsider before staying at another Hilton facility.

It was close to activities we were doing. There were things for the kids to do. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Rooms were set up nice.

All good except the room. For the price paid you would expect a fairly equivalent room.

The pool has strange hours and the big pool with the slides and fun stuff there advertise is not part of the actual hotel. Had two very upset kids

Close to airport.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Bedding is great. Love the window shade, although we were unable to raise it at the wall switch. Would have liked glasses available in the room for beverages. Refrigerator was not on and unable to make it work. Hot water in lobby needed to be refreshed as it was lukewarm for tea. Staff very pleasant and courteous.

This is an excellent motel. The accessibility to the amenities is fantastic!
