Room amenities were good. The hotel is clean and in decent condition. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.

Great place the only problem I had was the the entry lights into the room didn’t work

This is a well-designed hotel for longer stays. They probably have the best breakfast of any hotel chain. Great location within walking distance to Publix and several restaurants. The only negative is that they have satellite TV for which the signal is not good, so it keeps breaking up, going black for a few seconds during shows. They tried to claim it was a temporary problem, but we stayed two weeks and it never changed.

We stayed for 3 nights. We were told housekeeping would come every other day. After returning after a late night, we found our room not serviced. It was late and we were leaving the next morning so we didnt bother complaining but it was disappointing

Very good for a mid quality hotel. Finally, a hotel room that recognises that travellers have luggage, plenty of counter tops to spread the suitcases. Very convenient for restaurants, shops, groceries all in less than a mile of quiet drives in Lakewood Ranch. Recommend asking for an even numbered room, ours was 528 with nice views, odd numbered rooms face I75.

This was an amazing place to stay and the staff was so friendly.

This hotel is very convenient to areas I was visiting. It is very clean rooms very comfortable and liked the kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and the sofa and ottoman were very nice.

If you are on the back side of the hotel, you can hear music coming up from the lobby at night. Room cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast was varied and met the needs of all of our different needs. Sadly there was a youth soccer group staying there my last night and kids running up and down the halls til all hours meant yet another sleepless night. Nothing the hotel could do. I blame the parents.

Staff were all excellent. Area was busy, but convenient to shopping. The room was clean, nice having kitchen, but the beds were hard. Breakfast in the morning was great, and they had coffee at the front lobby all day, which was nice.
