Phil, the owner was incredibly gracious and welcoming and provided great information about the area and the history. The Concierge team was great - very knowledgeable about everything that we asked. Breakfas was great. While not next to the falls, it is in a very quiet area and quite easy and cheap to get to/from by taxi. Great value for the cost.

We received personal service from everyone on the property, including lovely chats with the owners and their son. Would definitely go back again.

Immaculate- cozy - convenient- lived the cappuccino everyday!

Pamarah is a small, clean, comfortable, well run inn. It gets consistently very high reviews because it deserves them. Although only 9 rooms, it has a bar, restaurant and pool. We enjoyed our beer, wine and cocktails, breakfasts and meals. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful if you need help. We had books most activities in advance, but there were a couple that we added or changed and the staff made the arrangements for us. The only critique we can come up with is that a minority of guests might feel like the family that runs Pamarah is overly attentive at times. They want to make sure everything is perfect and that you are having a pleasant time. We felt at times like our parents were checking up on us, except that we were older than the family members and experienced travelers able to look after ourselves and ask if there was anything we needed.

It was nice and quiet small boutique hotel. Very friendly people felt like family.

This Lodge went above and beyond of their expectations. Airlines lost our luggages and they were very accommodating even offered to call their personal Doctor to refill any of our medicines. Surprised us with a special towel deco for my wife's birthday like the cruise ship but behind extraordinary. Definitely highly recommended!

The interior is beautiful and bright. The customer service is perfection-the hotel staff were the first to tell me my flight got cancelled, and then proceeded to book me for another night-not to mention one of the attendants offered to be my go between with the airline. I had the privilege of speaking to one of the owners-this is a family-owned business, owned by people who really care about this establishment. I hope to return. If I can give this place ten stars I would.

I’ve travel to a lot of countries and a lot of hotel but I’m his hotel I will always remember because of the owner, he made us feel like family he checked on us everyday and remember us by names. He gave us good recommendations his wife his lovely as well so is his staff, I don’t have one negative feeling about our entire stay

We stayed here last week when visiting Victoria Falls and can’t recommend it enough! It’s an absolutely beautiful place and every single member of staff was so kind and friendly. The food was superb and so were the drinks. It was extremely quiet, very clean and all around just a beautiful place that’s only a short walk from the main town.

Terrific option for Vic Falls!

Pamarah lodge sets the standard for boutique hotels. Behind the secure high walls is a oasis of great architecture and design, accompanied by 5 Star service, yet only minutes from Victoria Falls. The rooms are super-modern, perfectly clean with an amazing deep, free standing bath and large seperate shower. Large comfy beds are waiting after a full day sight seeing the falls. The food is great and the team accomodate all dietry needs. When informed them I was running the marathon, it was no problem to make home made pasta and to open the kitchen early so I could have much needed early morning porridge. Phil the owner and all the team at Pamarah are outstanding and will try to do everything they can to make your stay as perfect as possible. For perfect Vic Falls stay, we absolutely recommend Pamarah Lodge.
