Super clean, excellent customer service, and a grand buffet breakfast!

I love the way I was treated by the lady at the check in, wry fast very friendly highly customer service oriented, what I did not like about it is that they are doing road construction and it’s very dangerous to get in or out it’s a nightmare

This is a Great Facility but service need to be a little bit better to Mach with the Price and the Facilities Sofa Beth no I good shape I was asking for another room they said no having other so I nave to take it or go find another Hotel a was tired so I stayed so I asked for sheets because they have no sheets in the Room I was taking a bath and no body soap in the dispenser No happy at all

The hotel is close to the airport but the thing I like the most is the breakfast options.

Property was great but there was to much construction going on and limited access to the property, also it looked like there was construction in one of the areas of the hotel, it was in plain view and did not look appealing, Overall stay was great and staff was great.

Overall experience was great! Only one negative thing was that the two pack and plays (cribs) for kids were dirty.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. New hotel close to airport with an hourly shuttle. Not an area you would stay in except for airport access, but exactly what you need.

Fabulous breakfast buffet included, shuttle to airport & so close, best most comfortable beds and pillows, received complimentary drinks on arrival- a very nice place for an exceptional price! Would stay there EVERY TIME!! Gracias!

Hotel staff was amazing. Rooms clean and well kept. Over all great experience.

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en este hotel y la razon es por que esta muy accessible a cualquier lado especialmente al aeropuerto, tambien toda la atencion por parte del personal es de lo mejor.

Excellent place

Room was decent. There were hairs on the bedspread :/ the angles of the rooms throw me off. Weird in a not cool way

Clean , safe , convenient to the airport

The food was awful to make it even worse the Chef named Blanca her disgusting attitude, I ordered a hamburger and the meet was hard as a rock to make it even worse she came out to tell me she was still charging me for it, I told her I never asked for a discount nor a charge removal, but her attitude was bad besides taking over 40 min to get my food and there was no more than 2 tables at the moment. I would not ever eat there again!
