Excellent location just steps from the skyscraper. The two young people who take care of everything in the hotel are very friendly, helpful, and available for anything. They made us feel right at home. If it weren't for the cleaning of the room, which absolutely needs improvement, the girl who cleaned it was practically unprofessional. Apart from making the bed and changing the towels, practically nothing else was done. The bathroom wasn't even touched except to refill the toilet paper. The floor was dirty from the first shower until the last day, with hairs left on the floor.

So, a long list: the non-existent bathroom needed a complete overhaul, with a showerhead shoved in the middle of the toilet, and the bidet, so narrow and uncomfortable that it flooded easily, without even a place to put shower products. To ask for clean towels (since just one shower gets everyone wet), we had to beg. The staff was quite annoyed, and there were too many children screaming, running around, and making a racket without anyone saying anything. Furthermore, we wanted to spend an afternoon at the pool; it was overrun with kids eating in the pool, and the owner was disgusting, unhygienic, and rude, and the owner didn't say anything, just chatted away. The style and quality of the rooms is very dated; they should make them more modern and soundproof. On the last morning before departure, they wouldn't change the toilet paper roll, which was almost finished; in fact, this morning we didn't have anything to wipe ourselves with... in short, everything was very haphazard. The pitiful breakfast is fine, it's not a service, but if you do it, do it well or don't do it. You arrive at 9:30/10 and there's nothing there except pre-packaged pastries, not even juice or water, and dirty spoons. The air conditioning is very noisy, even the old one.

Terrible experience! The room didn't even have a shower; it had a shower over the toilet! The water even ran into the rooms! You're better off having breakfast at the bar because there was only coffee, which looked rinsed, and some biscuits. The only positive thing was the location. But really, considering what we paid, saying it was a terrible experience is an understatement. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
