Bob W is a great place to stay. Very close to the city centre and a 5 minute walk to the waterfront. The tram stop is right at the door and connects to a multitude of tram routes. Very spacious room with a complete kitchen and plenty of storage. Highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Helsinki.

The property was exactly what we wanted, good location and everything was as advertised. My only advice is to pay attention to the pre-arrival emails. It was smooth sailing to check in, but there is not the usual front dest. I would highly recommend

External Breakfast poor Clean room yes Check-on process way too complicated (e-mail, sms, whatsapp, web). Why not a simple SMS with all keys (house door, luggage room, apartment number and apartment key)? Otherwise very good apartment and close to Viking terminal in Helsinki.

Great apartment. Still prefer to meet a himan to check in as opposed to doing everything via a phone, but perhaps thats my age. Apartment was clean and good value for money. Would have been nice if there were some biscuits and a wider choice of tea / coffee for when we first arrived. The TV didnt work unfortunately. It seemed very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Overall worthy of four stars.

Clean, convenient apartment living in a wonderfully appointed studio. Quick walk to primary Helsinki attractions. Restaurants and grocery in the building.

There were only bath 2 towels for 3 ppl. Otherwise all great.

It was great experience, the room was clean and nice .. the location was great ..

Clean room, easy access, and storage for luggages was convenient (available before and after checkout).

We didn’t receive bath towels in to the apartment for the first 20 hours despite messaging the host, ( who sent us on a wild goose chase looking for linen cupboard rooms which didnt exist!) The property advertised rooms have slippers…. They don’t. We were given a complimentary breakfast by the host at the coffee shop opposite (which is available for residents to purchase as an extra). The breakfast didn’t include any of the barista made coffees, only filter coffee and no pastries were included, only eggs which were sitting in a hot plate or some sort of beef dish (we are vegetarian) so we left without taking the breakfast and went to a different coffee shop to have a flat white and Finnish cinnamon bun which was delicious. Also the temperature is set to 21 degrees which is much too hot so the host had to bring a window key so we could get some fresh air in!!

Overall the stay was good, great value for money and super location. Easily walkable to many key areas. The noise was a bit of an issue and the comfort of the room. Duvet didn’t cover the bed and pillows were like soft couch cushions not bed pillows. I personally prefer the amenities of a hotel but overall happy with the stay.

We loved staying here as our home away from home! The place was easy to check into, had free luggage storage upon arrival and departure, was clean, modern, spacious and lovely! There was so much support from the host throughout the stay and easy communication. 10/10!

I had a brilliant stay here and would definitely recommend it. The apartment was cosy, secure and felt very safe, which made it a great place to come back to and relax after a day exploring Helsinki. Having Netflix on the TV was a really nice touch for winding down in the evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed if you want to cook or just have breakfast before heading out. The location is also perfect – really convenient for getting around and exploring the city. Supermarket downstairs really helpful too! A big bonus was the access to the 24/7 gym just off the side of the building. There’s also a gym upstairs, although it was absolutely freezing when I went and there wasn’t a treadmill as pictured, which was a slight downside as I try to keep up a daily 5k. Overall though, the place was exactly as pictured and made for a really comfortable stay in a fantastic location. I’d happily stay here again.
