Room smells bad Water in shower was not drained

Good hotel very close to the Brazilian side of the waterfalls and the airport. Food was not amazing and the amenities, excluding the gym, are not in the best condition and you cannot really enjoy them 100%. It seems to be a good option for families.

Next to the mall.

Service was very poor for house keeping and room service. Staff was not responsive

Staff weren’t very friendly at all apart from one waiter in the restaurant and the lovely lady in the spa Lots of people smoking and vaping around the pool area even around the children’s pool area Charged for water at table Had to get someone to come and fix the air con as didn’t work Nowhere to get lunch between certain times as kitchen is closed! Was the worst place I stayed in Brazil as just so unfriendly :(

The property was good. Everything needed was in the room, or you could request it if you needed to. staff were friendly and helpful. it was fantastic service. The only thing I would like the facility to improve is the check-in/check-out process. Although the reception staff were very friendly, kind, and professional, the service was very slow. It was slow to the point that it was very stressful and made many customers complain at both check-in and checkout. I hope they fix this by adding more staff at the reception, especially during rush hours. it was an amazing stay.
