Hotel was of a very good standard, nice rooms in a good location, super staff. Only thing that let it down and it was probably our mistake is not realising that the Beach Club can be heard in all the rooms during its opening hours. Which if you want an early night a bit of an issue.

I was very disappointed with the management and the reconstruction works at the hotel, although the staff themselves were very good and professional. Significant construction work was taking place during our stay, including welding, external wall construction, grinding, and tiling (cutting bricks and tiles). This work was occurring within metres of the reception area, where staff were visibly covering their faces due to welding fumes and construction dust. The noise from the construction was constant, starting early in the morning and continuing until late in the evening (around 9:00 pm). The construction had already begun prior to our arrival and was still ongoing after our departure. However, these works were not disclosed to us at any point prior to making our booking. Conversations with staff confirmed that management was aware of customer dissatisfaction, yet little to no compensation was offered. The only compensation provided was a $25 transfer out of the hotel, which was wholly inadequate given the circumstances. There was a reasonable expectation that more appropriate compensation should have been offered, but management failed to meet basic customer service standards. As a result of this experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The vibes of the hotel and room were modern and colourful. Very friendly staff too. Deco in the room was colourful, though there wasn't a bathtub. Hotel was right by the beach, but slightly away from the main stretch of Chaweng beach, which makes it quiet but walkable. Definitely be back the next time I'm in Samui.

Great property, fronted onto beach by Seen Beach Club. Lots of beach club music say 12pm to 8pm, only one bigger night (Saturday) where it goes later. Only problem we had with AVANI wAA inconsistent approaches from staff (from amazing, welcoming and helpful to plain rulesy and unhelpful). A couple of nights spoilt by ugly behaviour from other customers - shouting across balconies late at night, and banging repeatedly on doors to try and access their associates' rooms.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was always spot on, we always had help from receptionists when bedded. That couldn’t have been more perfect for us

The hotel is beautiful and located in perfect position off the beach. It is walkable distance to the main street of chaweng. The staff are extremely friendly and nice. Guide and Neng were so helpful and kind every time we walked out. Breakfast was delicious too. Seen night club wasnt really a club, it was empty with only a few tables, so we didnt hang out there much. But thr view was gorgeous. Thank you Avani we loved our time there.

My last days in Thailand were the best thanks to the staff at Avani. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a VIP guest. I know I'm missing some names, but team members June, Tony, Beer, Muk, Jude, and Aran made my stay so memorable. Even managers Lules and Fada were on point. This list isn't inclusive, I just interacted with so many folks. This place is not inexpensive, but if you want 5 star, you can have it. My suite was fantastic (the mirrorball over the tub was pretty cool) and I felt like I had an entire wing to myself. The room was well appointed and everything worked! Housekeeping doesn't wait until 3pm to clean so that's nice. Breakfast also was very good with many choices. The hotel is far enough away from the thumping of Ark bar area, yet there's a little club/bar here you can enjoy (and turn off when you close your doors). The Boxing Stadium is super close and if you really want to tear it up, it's only a 20 minute walk to the most active part of Chaweng. Oh! And no airplanes directly over your head! I've stayed at about a dozen hotels in Chaweng and this may be the best experience I've ever had. Sometimes I feel like hotels in Thailand just give themselves a certain number of stars and do not provide the services to back it up, Avani made me feel like I was getting 5-star service. exactly what theyy promised

It was very clean and nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was walkable to many restaurants and shops. They did play club music all day by the pool, but it seemed to stop when we went to bed.

Staff were excellent and friendly. I was a bit disappointed of the breakfast choices. Our shower room was flooded. I notified the front desk, they said they will send technician which never showed up. I also didn’t follow up on it. We were only there for 3 nights. Consider the price I paid, I had higher expectations. Overall, I love the vibe and the location. I would stay here again in the future.

Chaweng Beach area is great

Location….l recently upgraded or newer property hence it is excellent. Prompt service when called from room phone. Nothing bad/dislike by me.

Pros: The staff were wonderful—always helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was very good. Cons: The loud music was a big issue. It played constantly, making it hard to relax, even when you are at the beach. We had to get away to another property beach area to relax. The music can sometimes go late. If the windows were soundproof, it would really help. It would be better to remove the music during breakfast or switch to something soothing. There was also a strong smell of cigarettes and sometimes unpleasant weed. Lastly, the breakfast menu didn’t change at all during my stay. Adding some variety would make it much better. Overall: This hotel is great for parties and celebrations but not for a quiet, relaxing stay. The staff, location, and cleanliness are excellent, but the noise and breakfast options could be improved.

Really nice property. It was a bit overpriced I thought. The staff was excellent on every level. Above and beyond actually. I would go again but def check the music program. If it’s not a good lineup you can’t get away from it. Music was hit and miss the week I was here. Also programming seemed not that well thought out during the in between times when there wasn’t a big pool party. Overall I liked it though. They seem to care about your experience. And they do a good job at pretty much everything
