Enthusiastic and thoughtful service, good service, beautiful decoration

The pool is a bit small, the floor tiles are too slippery. Small children can easily fall when walking in the hallway next to the pool. The rest is fine

The room price I booked was super expensive, total 2 million/night. The price is equal to a 5-star hotel, but there are no stars here. Enthusiastic staff, 10-dollar staff. The hotel is also beautiful. The location is so remote :( The important thing is the price is extremely expensive, I don't understand why. I went in March. There are many hotels located right in the city like Silk Hoi An or the new Laluna, which are also very beautiful but the price is probably 1/4 of the price. In general, I don't criticize the staff or the hotel. But I criticize the bad location in a remote alley. Remote + too high price, not suitable. Small room, low ceiling, but still beautiful. If the price is cheaper, everyone should consider it

Charming hotel, helpful staff, great location.

We had such a delightful stay over the new years. Our room was marvellous, tastefully done & cozy, everything worked perfectly, location is great - walking distance to the old town, the river, the theater & all the fabulous eateries. And all the staff are so warm & attentive. Son Hoi An is a definite gem of Hoi An.

I really enjoy my stay in this hotel, the room was large, beautifully design, they has a swimming pool as well, and they serve a lot of breakfast option and they are taste really good. For those who traveled with kids, this hotel is so comfy. Plus, it's near to the ancient town you can just walk or use hotel bycicle. The staff will give you a very helpful information and the map once you check in.

The hotel is beautiful and the design is very tasteful, the equipment in the room is also new, the room is clean. I love the design here. However, the hotel is located in a small alley, difficult for cars to get in and out, and the protected parking is 300m away. The hotel has suggested that the car park in the alley, in front of the hotel, but will not be responsible for damage, scratches if it occurs due to inconvenient traffic in the alley. The attitude when handling parking situations or questions from guests is not good. Breakfast buffet is not suitable for my family's taste, not hot.

The hotel decor is very nice, the room is clean and beautiful. The first impression upon arrival is that the space is beautiful, the welcoming staff is extremely polite and friendly. The hotel lends a car (the car is very new), it's sunny, and it says to borrow an umbrella :). Breakfast is just enough but very tasty and beautiful. 12 o'clock is checkout, but my family has a little friend who is half asleep, the staff just called up and said very subtly: Today, do you need someone to bring things up and down? But never called to ask to check out. Very worth staying, no complaints at all! 10 stars!!!
