Room was clean No comfortable chairs to watch TV Very good breakfast

The fact one of our towels had hair & black stuff on it.

Our stay was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the amenities and the breakfast. It was wonderful, highly recommended. And pet friendly.

Loved the pancake maker. Stay was perfectly peaceful.

Over all my stay here was great, I came in for a wedding; two things I would note regulating the air conditioning because my room remain hot no matter what I did also the pillows, upgrade the pillows the pillows were too hard awkward,and Lumpy other than that everything else was great the food selection the staff was wonderful parking was free and easywas great

We had a problem with the noise from the upstairs very loud At first they said they weren't going to address it but it stopped But an hour that we heard a very big bang and revenge I think And we did get dog barking until the people came home

The check in process was quite an ordeal. My room was on the 5th floor. First the keys didn’t work so I had to go back to the front desk to get them reactivated. This took an additional 10 minutes because there were other guests to be waited on. Then once we got in the room and had begun unpacking, we realized there were no blinds on the window. So I called the front desk and they said they would have to move us to the second floor. I went back to the front desk to get the new room assignment. The receptionist was nice but fumbled around in the computer and her phone trying to figure out why the room assignment had been changed in the system. When she finally figured it out, I had go back to the room and gather all of my things before she could give me keys for the other room. After driving for 4 hours and arriving at the hotel and checking in initially at 8:30, I wasn’t able to finally get into a room until almost 10 pm. I was beyond frustrated and exhausted.

Great location. It was new, clean, and perfect. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Only downside is my daughter wanted to swim and the pool isn’t heated so it was very chilly. Other than that a great place

Just wish they had larger rooms for longer stays and places to put clothes,luggage(closet/drawers).
