Great property. Very comfortable and luxurious. The bar and food options can delivered to the room and very tasty! Really enjoyed the stay. Charlene was a great bartender by the pool!

A beautiful property with GREAT customer service

The property was amazing & our Villa was exceptional! We had a wonderful time! The staff & service they provided was exceptional! They took care of our every need & were very prompt. The Villa was super clean & looked like it was brand new. Having stayed at many high end properties in Islamorada, this was the best!

Everything was perfect. Every detail has been thought of. The rooms were immaculate and so well decorated. The property is really well maintained. We loved all of the games around the resort as well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding resort. Legitimate 5 star property.

No liquor license-did not know that ahead of time. Food not available at the hotel-have to order from other restaurants-says there is one on site but was not available each time we checked. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Room very nice, but could use a sink in the “kitchen” area-you’re left to wash up any dishes in the bathroom sink which is kind of gross. Shower should be larger, plenty of space in bathroom for that, was a little tight with the fold down chair option. Recent construction in our bathroom with heat coming from the toilet-hot and cold ran wrong-redone wrong as well. Calming and beautiful-amenities need attention for sure.

Above and beyond service.

Everything was lovely except I felt rushed on my departure date. A front desk representative knocked around 9am to find out what time I was leaving. If your check out policy is 11am, you should not knock on people’s door to find out what time they are planning on leaving. It doesn’t feel like a luxurious experience when you do. In addition to the early knock, the entire housekeeping staff was waiting by my front door when I checked out at 10:25. What if I wasn’t checking out at 10:25 and was coming back to the room until 11am? It was very awkward !! It was such a turnoff!

This property was immaculate, a great blend of an upscale hotel feel with a vacation rental. We loved all the amenities. Would highly recommend!

Most restful, most excellent!!!

We loved the entire experiences; especially the amenities on site (kayaks, paddle boards, swimming-pool & ocean, food & bar) and Emmanuel (person responsible kayaks and paddle boards).

5 stars is not enough. I travel a lot for business and pleasure. Rarely do I find a resorts that is 5 stars in every category. Everything from the property, amenities, and especially the staff was top-notch. Everywhere we went we were impressed by the property, but most impressed by the staff. Everyone was courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Islands of Islamorada is the real deal. Is my new favorite place in the Florida Keys.

We came the Labor Day weekend, to celebration two birthdays. It was a first for our family and we were pleasantly amazed by the property and all its amenities. We kayaked, sailed, played pickleball, biked and had a lot of fun overall. Our elderly mother was able to very comfortably relax inside, while enjoying the breathtaking views of the ocean from our balcony. We travel internationally several times a year,and this was one of our most relaxed vacations! But most noteworthy is the staff...they were all very attentive to our needs, super responsive and always with a smile. This was a top notch weekend, and we will absolutely be back. Special thanks to Mary at the front desk, who was the perfect host, very helpful with our elderly mother and so lovely! And Emanuel at the kayak stand who was always helpful and ready to assist.

My wife and I have been traveling to Islandmorada for many years and this place is what we have been searching for. Clean, quaint, all the amenities of a large restort withiut the corporation feel. Absolutely refreshing!

Beautiful place and wonderful staff! We love Islamorada and can’t think of a better place to stay with a large family or crew.
