Da La is very sorry for my bad experience at La. I checked my room reservation as Deluxe, and the Receptionist gave me room 307 which is actually a Deluxe room. You can get pictures from the nTraveoka system. The representative image is a VIP room, however when choosing a room category there will be many types of rooms, this may cause confusion about the room image. Regarding hygiene and room condition, La will check and improve. Sorry for the bad experience above and thank you also for your review
