Conveniently located. Short walk to restaurants, shops and sites. Hotel has a nice restaurant. Hotel was quiet and safe.

Very central area and close to downtown where you can visit the Roman Baths and enjoy shopping and lots of sightseeing.

Hotel was an affordable option for the city. In a nice location very walkable to restaurants and points of interest. Some of the moldings and caulk around the bathroom and room could have really used attention. Breakfast was provided and was surprisingly nice.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast was hearty and refreshing.

The room was absolutely disgusting, there was visible mold all over the room and bathroom, the carpet was filthy and stained and smelled awful, and the tv remote was covered in a layer of grime. I don't understand how this place was well reviewed, do yourself a favour and pay the extra money and get an actual nice hotel.

The refrigerator in my room did not work. I’ve also found the remotes for the TV’s at the Premiere Inn’s seem to always have issues. Other than that I love this hotel chain. Always feel safe and the rooms are clean. Great location!!!! Would recommend

Left over smoke smell and if your into old antiquated things toilet plugged they will bring a bucket of water to flush down your loo then tell you its fine

Well located Quite a busy part of town with students but was very comfortable - great bed - so comfy

They put me on a handicap room when I am not! Said I had asked for it thru Expedia! the young checkin staff r not too friendly

We had a nice stay, however one of the two rooms we booked (the accessible bath) smelled of cigarettes and or mould .. and the other room only had one bath towel.

Great value for money and brilliant location. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice! Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Room would benefit from a little tlc but was clean. Air-con not the best but shower was great! Overall, a very enjoyable and pleasant stay.

There was no one there to check us in but someone did come if you call them. Hallways had a smell that is unpleasant but the rooms are good.

Perfect location. Nice rooms and good breakfast and dinner restaurant. Only minus that there is no parking on sight, but that is to be expected by the central location.
