Arka Villa Family is a highly recommended place the place is clean, comfortable, neat and the water heater is on without time limits, all the facilities are very satisfying like a 5-star hotel with a low budget price but get service that is not inferior to a 5-star hotel. it's really comfortable, especially with family. Arka Villa Family is the best next if I go to Bandung again, I want to stay here again 👍 (Elshamum Family) ❤️

- Semuanya super bersih dan wangi.- handuk dan perlengkapan sholat wangi dan dibungkus seperti habis dari laundry.- water heater tak terbatas waktu.- dapet snack buat bocil,- dapet kopi, teh, gula pasir, sabun mandi, sikat+pasta gigi.- kasur king size.- bisa pesen makanan dari villa dengan harga terjangkau.- receptionist super ramah. * saran aja untuk kamar deluxe 4 bantal dan gulingnya baiknya diganti karena sudah mulai kempes ya shay.

Okay, really, the rooms are neat, relieved, clean, the bathroom smells clean. But it's a shame there are lots of flies from outside, in front of the room there are plants that flies like, so lots of flies come in if the door is open. The others are really okay.

Villanya bersih dan luas lebih cocok untuk family. Hanya saja tidak ada sabun cair, hanya disediakan sabun batang mini. Tidak ada AC juga tetapi tidak begitu masalah karena hawanya sudah sejuk di tempat. Staff ramah. Jalan menuju lokasi cukup gelap dan berkelok jika malam jadi lebih baik datang saat siang saja.

I was really disappointed where the route was winding and dark, lots of banyan trees, my son was scared.

This villa just looks normal, but the rooms are clean, smell good. The bathroom and toilet facilities are also clean. I just don't know why there are so many traffic lights outside, sometimes they enter the room.

Pertama menginap di sini terkesan. Pokoknya pelayanannya bagus. Kamar wangi. Tiap hari dibersihkan, handuk juga diganti dan wangi. Kamar mandi luas, air panas jalan, dapat kaos kaki. Parkir motor/mobil juga bisa langsung di depan kamar. Pokoknya mantap betullah. Cuma lokasinya aja yang harus melewati kawasan hutan aja kalo malam ga ada penerangan.

Semua, pokoknya semua. Terbaik dah. Kamar dan toiletnya luas, bersih, water heater nya panas, wifi aje gila kenceng. Sebenernya kurangnya satu, lokasi. Lokasinya terlalu pelosok, jauh ke mana mana dan aksesnya lewatin jalanan kanan kiri hutan dan jurang.

Awalnya masih gak percaya kalo ada penginapan setelah lewatin hutan Maribaya yang jalannya curam dan lika-likunya menukik hehehe 😁 pas udah sampe tempatnya bersih dan bagus banget pelayanannya helpfuul banget tersedia air panas, alat solat mukena dan juga handuk di ganti + air dikasih tiap hari Wifi-nya juga lancar banget pelayanannya bagus banget lokasi pinggir jalan mudah ditemukan dan di depannya ada ruko tersedia laundry mudah mencari makanan, all in all senang banget staycation di sini, ke lokasi wisata deket semua.

The rooms are clean, the reception is good and polite, the location is quite far from Lembamg but the area around is also a lot of tourist attractions such as Maribaya Spring Resort, The Lodge Maribaya. For those who have plans to come here, you should only walk during the day, because at night it is quite dark, the street lights are there but the distance is far apart.
