I read the review of Hising Hotel was quite good, and it proved to be true, the owner is very friendly and can speak Indonesian, can leave luggage if you arrive earlier than the check-in schedule, we booked a room for three (3 adults & 1 baby), the room is not too big but it's quite cheap compared to a hotel room that only accommodates 2 adults. The location is super strategic, close to 2 MRT stations (Rochor & Jalan Besar), close to Bugis Street & ABC shop (souvenir shop), it's not difficult to find halal food around the hotel, in front of the hotel bus stop, if you go to the airport, you only need to take one ride from Jalan Besar MRT station. The only PR is, this hotel does not have an elevator, aka still using stairs, a bit inconvenient for those who bring large & heavy suitcases like me. The solution we did at that time was to separate the items into small suitcases and leave the heavy suitcase downstairs with the baby stroller (very safe because it is guarded & monitored by the owner). So.. overall this hotel is still very ok & can still be recommended for families who want to trip to Singapore. Thanks Traveloka

The hotel staff are funny and like to joke around. They're kind and friendly.

The hotel staff was very friendly, we spoke in Javanese/Malay. There was no deposit required and we could leave our luggage. Although there is no elevator, it's okay, but it's close to the MRT, there are also many eateries around, and there is a Sevel. Thank you, sir, see you next time with egg rolls from Batam 😆

The hotel was close to both Rochor and Jalan Besar MRT, so traveling was convenient, but the road to it isn't so accessible and the hotel does not have a lift, and the room provided may not have as much space as you expect, so I would advise to travel light as all rooms are floor 2 and above :)! Room cleaning is daily and towel change is available upon request, and the staff were very friendly and helpful :) Overall a pleasant stay for me ^_^

Location: 50m from jalan besar mrt station, across from hotel bus stop, near sim lim shopping center, og albert complex, rochor-bugis, near bus terminal to johor, many food stalls. Room: clean, but not soundproof from the next room which is adjacent to the bathroom (sound penetrates through the ventilation in the bathroom). Service: friendly, easy check in check out.

Near Bugis, near Sultan Mosque, near Johor bus terminal. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop, and not far from there is an MRT station, there is also a bicycle parking lot. Many Muslims, halal food, and there is a small mosque behind the hotel. The uncle who waited was very kind, although rarely at the reception desk, after checking out I was allowed to leave my bag at the reception desk. Thank you very much, if I go to Singapore I want to stay here again. Next to the hotel there is an Indian shop that sells mineral water at a cheap price.

Kamar tidak terlalu besar, space untuk sholat cukup sempit. AC kamar dingin sekali, sangat membantu untuk kota singapore yang panas. Air panas di kamar mandi sangat berfungsi, tidak tersedia sikat gigi namun sabun dan sampo tersedia sangat banyak. Tidak ada lift. Tangga naik ke lantai atas cukup tinggi, pastikan koper tidak berat. Staff sangat ramah. Dekat dengan haji lane, bugis street, little india. Recommended for budget trip.

I don't feel that. The bed has pad. Only feel the spring. So hard. Space is small. Maybe good rating near location little india, china town etc.

Receptionist so friendly and easy to negotiation. It's a very strategic location, near to bus stop (in front of hotel) & to MRT station (+/- 150 m from hotel). It's so easy to find food and beverages. Recommended.

Basic needs hotel it is! Towel, hand-soap, body soap, shampoo available, wet bathroom, hot water working, AC super cold. Receptionist very nice, Hatta. Can't complaint due to price value.
