comfortable & strategic hotel highly recommended for those who are traveling

Right on the center of Kota Lama. Surrounded by many restaurants and cafés. Playful colors hotel, clean, with natural scents of soap. Love it.

Old hotel but very well maintained, rooms, toilets, yard, all clean. AC works well, swimming pool is clean. The hotel environment is cool and quiet, not disturbed by traffic. Hotel staff are friendly and ready to help whenever needed. Very suitable to bring family to stay here. Access to Malioboro is very close, only 2 minutes walk to the center of the crowd. Very happy to stay here.

Hotel in old town location, pleasant stay experience

Hotel location in Old Town, suitable for those who intend to explore Old Town for 1 day 1 night. Not suitable for those who want to staycation. Minimalist hotel rooms & facilities.

highly recommended, close to everywhere in the old city, the breakfast is really good, can be buffet & ala carte. can refill drinks & coffee, outside the room also provided water if you bring a tumbler. the staff are also friendly, love the services. will come back here again

Strategic location right in the Old Town.

Really enjoying my time here. For 2 days I could easily stroll around Kota Lama, trying semarang’s culinary, visiting cute cafe. Came on Saturday and I could visit night car free day activity. Fortunately, there was Semarang’s carnival night on Sunday so I could join the euphoria just few steps from the hotel. The accessibility is amazing, very close to Tawang train station and only 15 minute-driving to Ahmad Yani airport.

Very comfortable hotel, strategically located in the center of the old city of Semarang, lots of culinary around, not far from Tawang Station.

Definitely worth the price, will come back here.

OK, it's perfect if you want to explore the Old City.

Location in the center of Semarang's old town. Close to Tawang train station. Early check in is allowed as long as the room is ready. (I was able to check in at 1 pm). The room is clean and quite spacious. Clean and fragrant. Breakfast has a varied menu. I was on a solo trip, but breakfast was still provided for 2 people so one of them could be taken away. Nice staff. Wifi is smooth. All is good, although the elevator is a bit slow.

Interesting, will definitely come back if I go to Semarang.

The best hotel location if you want to enjoy Car Free Day in the old city of Semarang on Saturday night and Sunday morning.

Everything is perfect. This is for the fourth time we stayed in Kotta Hotel Semarang. Walking distance from Tawang train station and surrounding with some delicious cafes and culinary.

I stayed at Kotta Hotel Semarang for 2 days 1 night and was very satisfied with my experience there. The location is very strategic, close to the Old City area, so it is easy to walk around and enjoy the heritage atmosphere of Semarang. The hotel's interior design is modern and instagrammable, very suitable for those who like to take pictures. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The bed is soft, the AC is cold, and the bathroom is also clean with hot water that works well. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, starting from the fast check-in process to check-out. The breakfast provided is also delicious and quite varied, with local and international menus that can be enjoyed in the cozy dining area. Overall, the experience of staying at Kotta Hotel was very pleasant. Suitable for short vacations or business trips. Will definitely come back again if I have the chance to go to Semarang!

It was so nice to finally be able to check in at this hotel. It is very suitable for me who brought a toddler because the interior design is very cheerful and of course instagrammable. But in my opinion the room is small for those who bring active toddlers 😅 hopefully next time a project can be added to make a room that is more spacious & more kids friendly 🫶🏻🤎
